  The absolute best front desk folks we have ever encountered while staying in hotels. Tanisha was the absolute best when we arrived around 9:30am. We were able to check, got the breakfast bar to go before it shut down at 10am while she finished up our checkin process. We have been here two weeks now and everyone here is absolutely amazing. The housekeeping staff are awesome. Be we are here for a while, we just call and ask when we need something be it bedding changed, fresh towel swap, just a vacuuming or restock on trash bags. They are all so kind and courteous. The breakfast staff and restaurant staff at night have all been wonderful. We have enjoyed getting our breakfast to go every morning so we can eat on our schedule. They are open for breakfast from 6am-10am all week long. Dinner at the Hoosier Grill is Monday thru Saturday 5pm-10pm. The Bar is open Monday thru Saturday 4pm-10pm. We have gotten the salmon dinner twice now. The sales department did a wonderful job for us. We are on a medical rate and be we are here for a few more weeks at min, they worked to give us an even better deal. If we have had any issues, they are on top of things here. I cannot say enough about the hospitality we have been shown here by everyone we have encountered. They have a beautiful courtyard we enjoyed our dinner in last night at 10pm. It is in a good location and we have not had to worry about a single thing here since checking in. Went for a swim the other night and not only do they offer bathrooms next to the pool but they also have a huge locker room. With bathroom and shower stall and a huge seating area so you can shower and get changed. The pool and fitness center are open daily from 6am-11pm. Everything has been absolutely amazing. IHG members can check in of a morning which was wonderful for us after the worst hotel experience happened to us at 7am up the street at Comfort Inn Indianapolis Carmel. If you are not already and IHG member just ask the front the desk and they will get you signed up. Put your Greener Stay hanger on your door at night before 2am and get an extra 500 points a night! Who doesn't love free points! We were even issued extra points because we had some little issues here and there and they wanted to reward us for the inconveniences! Laundry onsite that is open 24/7 for your convenience and the best part, you can either scan the QR Code and download the app or insert your debit/credit card right into the machine to pay and no coins needed at all! It is just one washer and dryer and a folding table for your convenience. Pet Friendly - no extra charge! All our son wanted when he got out was his kitty! And they made it happen, for free!

  Proper hotel with good customer service and free parking lot. Except I felt location is not nearby to the place I came here to work for. They got an indoor pool(I’ve seen only 3 feet one😅), gym and free breakfast in the morning. I came here a bit too early like 11am in the morning as I was waiting in the lobby with my work, receptionist offered me an early checkin at 12 which means they think about people where most of the hotels lacks. I stayed here for couple of nights room service is great.

  King room with separate sitting room was Great. TV in each room, secluded bedroom from sitting room.

  Customer is not always right but it costs nothing to hear them out and try to accommodate if possible but the red head (cenna idk her name she never gave it) was super short, rude/argumentive with me and never spoke to me again after 1 meeting. She was training and couldn't be bothered to understand that I'm relaying information I got from other managers at IHG. I will never return here(not that matters) simply on the meeting with her.
