  The location was easy to access. The staff was friendly. The stay was good until I got home and noticed bites all over my legs. And when I contacted my guest, they reported the same issue. So I am assuming bed bugs not sure completely, but it is definitely something from the stay. We live in different cities. It’s from the hotel, not our personal lives. So as good as the deal sounds, only stay if you are willing to get bit up and scratch for a week straight. Do not recommend!

  BLACK/PINK MOLD issues!!! Beware before you book. Among many other issues, this place is very worn down and needs a serious remodel. $370 for this was insane. We had family in multiple other rooms and they all had the same mold issues as well.

  Just wanted to give our experience on this hotel. The reviews didn’t match the hotel. We stayed for one night. The photos listed online do not fully match the interior of the hotel. They have some updating they need to do. It was not worth the money. We should’ve paid a little more for a better hotel. The elevator was broken. The washing machine was broken without a sign on it saying it was. The ice machine was broken. Our AC unit kept switching from cold to hot. Our room door wouldn’t shut all the way. Our bathroom was very dirty. You could tell it hasn’t had a good thorough cleaning for a while. The shower curtain barely reached the bathtub, so water got all over the floor as we were taking showers. The shower rod was really gross- the ends of it were green. I just wanted to leave a review for things that matter to us. Thankfully we stayed one night, but it was not worth the money.

  The whole place has that “land lord special” quality to it. The paint job in our room looks like it was slapped together quickly to get the room ready for the next customer around 5 years ago and not like it was painted with quality and care of a facility that would serve travelers. Our bathroom had brown (tobacco?) droplets of water pooling on the ceiling after our showers, likely due to the exhaust fan not working. The showers are still the old bath tub style and covered in soap scum and there was hair that was not mine on the ledge where the soap bar would have went. To be honest it really looks like a remodel started and then they stopped. The elevator is scary and feels unsafe. The tables in the breakfast area all have things under the legs to try and keep them steady and failing that. The front door scrapes loudly when people come or go. Breakfast was ok. Liked the novelty of the pancake maker, not something I’ve seen before. Over all the people working here were great but the place needs a SERIOUS make over before you charge what you do a night. This place gives off motel vibes more than Holiday Inn. There are better places in the area to stay, go there for your money.

  I chose this hotel because it is close to Kizuki Ramen, a favorite spot of mine. The cleanliness of the room and the service were both reasonably good.
