- LLLoriMay 10, 20261.0BEWARE!! Stayed here Friday and Saturday night (5/815/9/26). Gave my daughter her ADHD medication Saturday morning. Left it on the counter. Went about our day. Got packed up Sunday morning only to realize her medication was no longer there. Room was not cleaned. Filed a police report.
- MDMargaret DobsonApr 17, 20262.0Stayed in this hotel from 3/31-4/4 then 4/6-4/11 and then 4/12-4/16 for a work trip. The first two rooms I got were great. They were clean and quiet. The third room took a hard turn for the worst. Mind you this was only a day after I checked out previously. The hallway smelled horribly of weed, and then the room had BED BUGS. Luckily the guy at the front desk was able to get me a new room on another floor that was better. But that doesn't help the fact that I had to go out and buy cream and benadryl for the bites I got. And then buy laundry soap/dryer sheets and then pay to wash my stuff. I ended up just throwing away the stuff I couldn't wash and I am still terrified I brought it home with me. Having all this to deal with and extra expenses because of it definitely ruined my experience.
