- AZAtique ZafarMay 3, 20264.0I am Diamond Elite on IHG and stay at IHG hotels all over the world. This hotel is quite old and dated. Rooms need a major refurbishment. However, the location is very convenient if visiting IU bloomington. The first time we stayed here was by accident because the hotel we usually stay at was full. However, we keep coming back ONLY because of Kathy in the hotel restaurant (Burger Theory) where the breakfast is awesome and Kathy is a superstar in taking care of guests. After that initial accidental stay, we have come back 3 more times only because of Kathy and her great service. What a fantastic way to start the day. Hotel management should take note of how great a job she does and what that means for guests.

Yes, the furniture of the hotel is old, but they did a good job cleaning it, the staff here are friendly and I had a wonderful stay during my time here. Also you have to keep the price in mind, you won't find a much better price for the hotel you get.
