  Beware, there is currently no hot water in the hotel. Over my 2-day stay there was hot water less than 50% of the time that I turned on the faucets. The front desk apologized and said they know. At over $200 a night I would expect a little better. The facility appears to be brand new, however the hallways do smell like cigarette smoke. The check-in process was arduous, there were three families totaling about 20 people checking in front of me, and just want very slow girl working the counter who did not apologize for the wait. Personally I would never choose an IHG property, but this was a work trip for me.

  Hotel was decent. Room was clean. Breakfast was typical. Pool was cold and then closed for cleaning for 2 days.

  I drove all the way from Gas City expecting a decent place to rest my head, and instead, I got completely robbed of my sleep. The walls here must be paper-thin because I heard terrible, non-stop noises echoing through the hallways and walls all night long. No peace, no quiet, and zero effort from management to handle it. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Never staying here again. (Found out when leaving it was a train station nearby)

  Came in late from out of state. 2nd time here in 1.5 weeks. First time was much better. Our first room was super quiet and faced the back lots. 2nd room faced the front and we could hear all the trains braking from the train depot next to the hotel. The person that checked me in around 1030/11pm is super nice and amazing. She was training last week and was great then too. Breakfast service 👎🏼 counters were gross. Waited for someone to come out to ask about empty food warmer. They came out after closing time, I asked if they any of the food that was out. Was responded with a short were closed. Understandable we got there 5 before close (late night, traveling solo with 3 kids and baby pooped as we were walking out the door to go to breakfast 😐) but a different inflection would have been nice. Beds are still comfy. Bathrooms could be cleaned better. Good water pressure and I love dove products...although the body wash is a little watery

  06/22/26 Staff was great to include same desk clerk "day" shift on both days and the breakfast attendant were great!!!! Breakfast was a plus! Was done much better then any IHG and we been all over the world. My issue lies with this being a brand new hotel but yet house keeping put water in the lotion! The hand soap and shampoo were empty!!! Not good when you are already in the shower, be aware water does not get hot at all and a cold shower is all you get! The shower head barely has water coming out so I guess there was no need for shampoo and maybe thats why it was empty. Towels are the cheapest of the cheapest!! Spiders were seen and killed in our room which makes it not a good night sleep! Also, that really dumb remote control you have for the TV is just stupid! Cant open the blinds because on back side you are facing many construction workers looking up smh. For a hefty $150 a night we will pass on this one next time! Not at all a good stay for a brand new hotel and this is why we chose this one and drove a extra 30 minutes to get to it. Very disappointed in this hotel. 1st time and last for business stays for all of us.
