Stayed for 4 nights -Rooms are nice (Only thing was the thermostat seemed off, I always had it set to 64° and I usually keep it at 72°. Never really got that cold. -Bed was comfy -The towels were pretty thin -The coffee maker in the lobby was nice, and you make it fresh so you don't have to worry about it being cold depending on the time you go down. -But every time I went and got coffee, it always said "Needed to be rinsed." It did kinda taste funny. -The gym is very very hot (again the thermostat is broken) the entire time we were there it was set to 46° and it was usually 78° in there. It felt like 80° (I posted a picture down below) It was honestly unbearable to workout in here, just did laps around the hotel. Also talked to the front desk worker about it and he said "Yeah it's like that", and offered a box fan.... -Laundry room had 1 washer & 1 dryer -Also kids shouldn't stay on the top floor, the first night we got there, there were kids that were running down the halls screaming for hours. Unfortunately the lady with red hair isn't the only person working the front desk. She was phenomenal and went above and beyond the help us. We did not have the same experience with the other employees.

Overall, the hotel was pretty good. Many of the issues we encountered were not due to the facility, but the lack of parenting of the children around us. It is our understanding that this was also the cause of the fire alarm at 3:45 a.m. The hotel was clean and the housekeeping staff I spoke to were very kind. The two issues we encountered that resulted in the 4 star rating were the lack of sheets and the shower head. The shower head did not spray out very well and clearly needed a deep clean as it appeared blocked. Our room was a King bed with pull out couch bed. However, there were no sheets or blankets for the couch bed. When I called the front desk they told us to come down. When my husband went down, the woman handed him a sheet and said she was going to have to check another floor to see if they even had any blankets and there were no pillows. She didn’t give any indication as to when that would happen. We had extra pillows in the room so that was fine. She did find 2 blankets and brought them to the room fairly quickly. We felt that the sheets should have been in the room from the get go, especially given the fact that our reservation was for 4. Also, the pool is much smaller than the picture in the listing. I will say the King bed was very comfortable. I would be willing to stay at this location again.

The bed was comfy and the facilities were clean the down side was breakfast and a $50 deposit I was not made aware of before hand since I had no pets. But back to breakfast, we chose here because it was one of the few that had breakfast, when we checked in we were told it was served until 10am we slept in and went down at 9:30 and it was locked up I asked about it and the attendant said oh I didn’t realize it was Saturday so she opened it back up but didn’t put any food back out that they took away so there was only 3 pieces of bacon and a biscuit left so why even open it back up for service??? Very disappointed in those to aspects. Hope the $50 goes back as promised?
