- RBRosana Bahassan6 days ago1.0If there is a 0 star i can give i will give it to this hotel. The front desk guy (David) is the most horrible person I’ve ever met in my life. He is racist, disrespectful, and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. He acts like the hotel belongs to him. He gave me a room where the refrigerator was not working, and when I called him to come check it, he told me to “i will come when i have a chance ” and kept me waiting for more than 40 minutes. When I called him again, he screamed in my face even though I am pregnant and was with my 7-year-old child, and told me, “If you don’t like it, leave the hotel.” He’s one of the worst people I’ve ever dealt with, and the Holiday Inn management needs to replace him or they will lose a lot of customers. I was even forced to call the police because of how badly he treated us and i left the hotel without stying more than an hour because of him.

Received deposit back for one day, then had to keep calling about the other one. getting the run around until I went up there and was disrespected once again with a man pointing my finger in my face when I let him know he was rude. called to complain to corporate STILL WAITING. that was very uncalled for and the breakfast is terrible btw.
