  The location, room, room service, breakfast, and staff were all incredible specially David he is amazing, He pretty much is running the hotel at night by himself, i saw him cleaning lobby running towels up and down ,Everything was Great

  Honestly the rooms were nice and comfortable. The hotel itself along with staff was nice. Very nice breakfast the next morning. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the bathroom could have been cleaner. The floors need a good scrub and there was drips of something on the wall by the toilet. There was no bath soap in the shower the bottle was completely empty. Of course you don't know this until your in the shower wet. You assume someone did their job. This is the 2nd time I stayed here visiting family. Last time was 2 years ago and I had not issues then. Maybe the house cleaning was having a bad day.

  Such a great hotel and is my favorite in the area! I’m here often for business trips and have consistently had a positive experience. The front desk team is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I have gotten to know several of the staff over time and everyone has been so kind and professional. The hotel is comfortable, convenient, and has become my go-to. The cinnamon rolls are delish!! Definitely recommend!

  Horrible! I booked a wedding block for my daughter’s wedding and had nothing but a negative experience from the beginning. Many of our guests were charged well above the block rate and the manager/owner would not honor the rate. When I checked out on Sunday, I had $1,500 worth of extra charges on my credit card (other people’s rooms) and had to make a special trip to the hotel to work it out. The manager/owner never returned any of my phone calls throughout the entire debacle of trying to get wedding guests booked into this hotel. Our guests were not offered the advertised complimentary breakfast because the kitchen manager said that there wasn’t enough food ordered to accommodate the number of guests staying. I dropped off wedding welcome bags the day before guests started arriving and most of those were not handed out either. My family members who traveled from another country were locked out of their rooms a day before their check out date and were told they were out of the block time. Some of our wedding guests who attempted to book a room were told the price was $469, when in fact the block rate was $165. Other than this hotel being in the same parking lot as a few restaurants, there is nothing else this hotel offers. I spoke with our wedding venue and they too have heard several of their clients were not happy with this hotel and they will be taking them off their vendor list. This hotel needs a complete managerial/ownership overhaul. Please don’t book your wedding block with this hotel!!

  Unfortunately, we had nothing but problems with this hotel. We had 30 rooms blocked off for our wedding, and when people called, the manager told them that the room block was full (when we still had 22 available) and they would charge them almost $500 for a room when the block rate was $165. Then when it came time to check out, credit cards were charged the non block rate anyways. The owner/manager was nothing short of awful to not only us, but all of our guests. We made 30 Welcome bags and none were distributed and guests were expected to know to ask for them. The list goes on and on.
