This is my third visit and hope to visit again. This team is always so welcoming and gracious. This property is a perfect presentation of the Best Western Plus brand.
The entire space is fresh, clean, and up-to-date. Rooms are well-maintained, clean, smell nice, and the balconies allow for fresh air. Basic amenities are all taken care of, including pool and fitness room. Breakfast is "standard" hotel fare; plentiful and fresh. I will always appreciate a crispy potato, thank you for that. :)
Above that though are the people who work here. Every single person I've met was supremely kind, eager to say hello, and quick to assist. The GM even checked in with me about an item that I had misplaced two days prior. With everything she is responsible for, that attention to detail left me astounded.
I appreciate these folks a bunch and look forward to my fourth visit.
We stayed here twice. Clean, priced well and perfect for a quick rest during our road trip. Pool closes and opens kind of late, 9 am - 9 pm. Rooms were spacious.
Da gusto encontrar un hotel así serios que las fotos que ponen son del hotel , el personal desde la recepción, limpiadoras cocina son súper amables y todo súper limpio.
Volveré seguro
This was like staying w family while away from home. Adorable small town w everything you could possibly need. Front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Definitely hope to return for another stay. Definitely book here!!
Absolutely unacceptable service. I booked a king room with a sofa bed for three guests, and my reservation clearly stated that three people would be staying. Yet the room was only stocked with two towels.
My 14-year-old daughter, who is working on building her confidence when speaking to people, went to the front desk and politely asked for one extra towel. The night-shift employee working on July 23 was rude and refused, saying they had already given out too many towels. That response was completely unnecessary and embarrassing for a child who was simply asking for a basic item our room should have already had.
Are three paying guests seriously expected to share two towels?
We also asked the same employee for sheets and bedding for the pull-out sofa bed. She gave us only one sheet—not even a fitted sheet or mattress cover, and no blanket or proper bedding. Why advertise a room with a sofa bed if guests are not provided with what they need to actually sleep on it?
Providing enough towels and clean bedding for the number of registered guests is the bare minimum. Instead of fixing a simple problem, the night employee made my daughter feel uncomfortable and treated us as though we were asking for something unreasonable.
We paid for accommodations for three people but were not provided enough towels or proper bedding for three people. This hotel failed at basic cleanliness, hospitality, and customer service. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
