  Fantastic stay for a really reasonable price. Our room was fully renovated and the front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great too - waffles, tater tots, really thin bacon, and omelette patties. They also had a little espresso machine. The only thing I didn’t see was decaf coffee.

  Very disappointing experience. I booked this hotel because the listing used said it was pet friendly. When I arrived, I was told pets were not allowed, which completely brake me because I always travel with my little dog . To make matters worse, the customer service was rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to understand the situation or offer any assistance, I felt like my concerns were dismissed. Hotels should make sure their pet policy is accurate across all booking sites so guests aren't misled. If you're traveling with a pet, I recommend stay a ways from this hotel. Book somewhere else.

  The hotel is okay. Room was clean when we got to it, but to learn they don’t clean it every day was weird since all hotels I been to clean the room every day. This one only clean every 3 days and now I’m wondering how clean are the rooms really? We had a problem with the bath light which didn’t get fix, but they did get us in enough room quickly which was perfect. Free breakfast is always great and the parking was free as well u like a lot of hotels that charge you for parking. No restaurants near by which sucks. Overall, for a quick 1 night stay I say yes, but if you need a room for more than that I will not go here at all.

  I’ll be honest it was pretty good in terms of the hard product. Rooms and conditions were okay and it was clean and comfortable. Tho the Service and Breakfast is terrible ☹️ first of all the staff are required to clean the rooms every day. Stayed for 4 days and it’s a hotel policy for that as told to me by a staff. Tho the manger said not to and instead refused to clean. Also the older guy at the desk was very rude and when I asked for an extra hour for checkout refused. He also didn’t care about me leaving a bad review and said go ahead. Absolutely careless. The breakfast was alright not great tho but to be fair their coffee machine is outstanding! Anyways it was not a good experience with the staff and service the only thing that saved it was the overall aesthetic and rooms. Also I would appreciate if someone from the hotel could respond and give feedback that would really be appreciated!

  My recent stay at the Best Western was absolutely fantastic, especially since it was my birthday on June 8th! A huge part of that positive experience was thanks to Khushi, the front desk staff I met that evening. She was incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Khushi's friendly, professional, and attentive service truly stood out. Her outstanding customer care made my visit so much more pleasant and comfortable. It's clear she genuinely cares about guests, and because of her, I would definitely choose to stay at this Best Western again.
