- DRDiandra Ray2 days ago2.0Room was dirty. Not just little stains. Crusty couch. Crusty carpet. I wouldnt let anyone take their shoes off. We were granted a room directly above the breakfast area and next to the front lobby. We heard people climbing stairs opening doors and banging on something metal in what I presume to be the the kitchen area in the morning. The breakfast was what you expected. The pool was nice and clean and well taken care of. The beds were decently comfortable and the linens smelled clean. I just wonder why, in a hotel that was less than 1/3 occupied, we were placed in the most inconviently loud place in the entire hotel. My child was with me. Who then was exhausted from waking up all night. It sounded like there was a back yard wrestling match happening all around us all night. I didnt have time to argue and I didnt want to complain in front of my child when we left but wow. We rarely get to do anything special and this was underwhelming. It worked for one night. If we had stayed any longer I would have had to say something. Employees seemed to be nice and knowledgeable.

- TTTristanSep 18, 20261.0Housekeeping loudly knocks twice, waking us, at 8 and 10 AM, where check-out is at noon. Start entering the room, we have to yell "occupied". Every other hotel has the front desk provide housekeeping a running list of the rooms where guests have checked out. What is this "guess and check" method?
