  Stayed here specifically because of a pool and clearly its been closed for a long time remove it off your website and it would save people who are expecting to have a pool. Also front desk old lady is rude and shouldn't be in customer service also booked 2 rooms and they double charged us so will see how that goes with the fraud department.

  Hotel is in a great location, lobby is very nice. Room is outdated, and smells like a damp basement. Beds are comfortable. Office apparently cannot figure out how to direct bill and insist on billing my credit card that was only authorized for incidentals for my room stay each night. The GM Lori will never call you back and getting her on the phone seems to be a chore in my experience. Hoping they actually correct their billing system and the person attempting to run it.

  DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT SLEEP. I stay in hotels half the year, im not sure if I've ever been in a louder hotel. The doors have to be made of paper, not parties or anything just normal traffic. On top of that house keeping thinks its okay to knock on the door at 745am and the again at 815am. The terrible choice of laminate floors are destroyed from the leaky shower. One weird chair where a couch should be , you have to move the entire entire coffee maker to a different area to lug it in, the TV only has local cable. Good location but there are plenty of other options around. Bad

  I had higher expectations for a IHG branded hotel. The hotel needs a major facelift, judging by its overall worn condition, evident immediately after walking into the lobby. My room had a very musty and old dusty smell to it, which was only exacerbated by the dirty air conditioner. There was visible mold along the wall above the sink area and around the shower floor. The rug looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed and there were stains on the couch, greasy handprints on the wall next to the bed, and it was clear that none of the surfaces had been wiped down. I have respiratory issues, so I asked to be moved to another room. The staff was prompt and accommodating, but unfortunately the new room wasn’t much better. I took some allergy medicine, cracked the window, and tried to sleep, but people were playing loud music and slamming doors through the night. Then a man started yelling loudly and incoherently in the room across the hall the next morning around 5:30 AM. It continued for almost a half hour until the police showed up. After that, I packed my bags and left. I was supposed to be there for two nights, but was not charged for another night after talking to the front desk. The staff was patient and helpful, but I won’t be staying again due to health and safety concerns. Yikes!

  One thing after another. Our first room was not the cleanest upon arrival, but I’m not one to complain ever over minor things. Secondly our room had a huge mold spot right above the door when you walk in. Kind of concerning that they would give a moldy room to a family with two small children but okay…. We continued to try to enjoy our stay even after these things until we went to go try to wind down and take a show in the nighttime and the shower head busted out of no where and water went everywhere. I had to call the hotel, someone did help me and told me they would not be able to fix it until tomorrow. I told them that is fine as long as they can come early in the morning. I went to the front office the next morning and they told me I would have to switch rooms because the time maintenance would possibly take to long on the shower. So now we have to take time out of our trip to pack up AGAIN and MOVE to a completely new room… okay. Once in the new room we noticed that there was no TV cable cord to be able to use the TV and the shower head also looked like it was about to fall apart. Not to mention the pop corn ceiling falling from the roof and the visible mold around the edges on the room.
