I stayed in this hotel for almost a week in a double bedroom for my brothers Navy graduation ceremony. I chose the hotel because it had good reviews and was close to the base as well as other stores and restaurants. It was spacious and clean. From the day I got there I noticed the soap containers were basically empty but I always bring my own so it was not an issue for me. Housekeeping came every day other than the last day for whatever reason. The bedding was pretty torn up. The tv did not work very well, it seems the remote did not fully sync to the tv. When I called the front desk to get help on this they sent a mature short stocky woman with glasses and black hair who stated the remote was not synced to the tv as they move the remotes around from room to room and later when I went downstairs the same woman was talking about the situation to a coworker as if it were hot gossip. Often there was no one at the front desk or at their bar area. There was one day a mature blonde kind of thin haired woman wearing a blue short skirt and a blue and white top to match was at the front desk. I remember seeing her walk into the hotel as I was parking my car. When I walked into the hotel I was surprised to see her behind the front desk, due to her outfit. I was also shocked at the fact that she watched me enter the hotel and looked at me for a minute without greeting me, she wasn’t hospitable. That afternoon, my sister and I were the only people downstairs and were in their dining area for a minute looking for utensils. This same woman was at the front desk. Although we were there for some time just looking for the utensils she never tried to help us and no one was working in that dining area. Eventually, my sister went over to the desk to ask this woman for plastic utensils to which she told her to check in the dining area we had just left, and of course my sister let her know there weren’t any. She then pulled out a small storage container with plastic utensils, cups, and papers. She asked how many utensils were needed and then proceeded to throw them at the counter instead of handing them to my sister or placing them respectfully on the counter. She also threw down plates and my sister took them to which she snatched them from my sisters hand. I was disgusted by her behavior. I think this hotel had two lovely front desk staff, a younger blonde haired woman on the first day of my arrival and a lovely mature woman who helped me understand how to use the laundry services on the property. Overall, the hotel needs new bedding, to fill the soap dispensers, and a refresher for some staff members on hospitality. It is close to the Naval base and many restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and can accommodate for a small family trip.

I booked and paid for a double room, but the hotel only gave me a single room.

I know the hotel was busy on July 4th, but the service was terrible. I paid for a double room yet received a cheaper single room. We waited over 30 minutes to check in, and the male front desk staff was unprofessional and impolite. The room was dirty with used towels left inside with no cleaning done. Very disappointing stay.

The key card would always stop working so I had to walk down to the front desk every time to get help with unlocking my hotel room. Also the water was warm and from what I see in a previous review they won't fix the hot water I was told a lot of people are using it. So that means they can supply hot water fir their guests

We had the Spinach & Artichoke Quiche, and it was absolutely delicious! It was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily one of the best quiches I’ve had.
What really made our visit exceptional, though, was the service. Marcus, our server and bartender, greeted us with a warm smile from the moment we walked in. He was friendly, attentive, and checked on us throughout our meal to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to receive service that genuinely elevates the entire dining experience, and Marcus did exactly that.
Great food paired with outstanding hospitality—I’ll definitely be back! Five stars all around! If you’re looking for great food and exceptional service, be sure to ask for Marcus. He truly made our visit memorable.

Here’s a refined version that is shorter, balanced, and written from the perspective of a family-oriented traveler:
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. The atmosphere was peaceful, family-friendly, and conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and other essentials.
We experienced a couple of maintenance issues, including a cold shower and low hot-water pressure in one room, but the team promptly assisted us with a room change. The laundry facilities, gym, and common areas were well maintained, and there was plenty of parking available.
While we would have loved for the pool to be open for the kids, we made the most of our trip and enjoyed nearby attractions instead. The property offers a positive environment, is accessible for guests with disabilities, and is conveniently located for Navy graduation visitors.
A comfortable stay overall, and we appreciate the hospitality.
