Just got off the phone and continue to refuse my money. Everybody I spoke to there is argumentative about this Go to Holiday Inn

Minutes later I realized the one amenity I chose this place for didn't exist and started the process to cancel. Not on a whim but because I was misled. They are clinging to a 24hr cancelation policy. I did file a formal complaint.

- NWNortheast WandererMay 14, 20205.0This is a newer hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I like that you can call the hotel directly to make a reservation. They gave us an AARP discount. Our room had a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the heater/fan wasn’t noisy. Our bedroom was quiet. With COVID19 they are taking extra precautions— breakfast is still served but you pick it up in the lobby and take it to your room. This was our best overnight stay on our cross country trip.
