- SSsam saahAug 24, 20261.0I don't even know where to start. I don't really like to leave bad reviews but I couldn't resist this one. Let's start by when I made the reservation they gave me a quote and I confirmed it three times before I hung up the phone. When I got there the price was almost triple of what I was quoted. The people at the front desk and the people at the bar were extremely rude and not accommodating at all. It's like they were being bothered when we were trying to order drinks. Our room smelled so bad, we were told that we could not switch rooms because they were fully booked. The bed was sunk in the middle which made for horrible sleeping. The day that we were checking out, there was a gentleman who walked in and I'm assuming he was management carrying a bag, stopped at the front desk to talk to the staff was looking right at us, there was about 15 of us sitting waiting for ubers and rides to leave. The guy looked right at us and didn't even acknowledge we were there. Most people at least greet customers with a good morning. The staff was extremely rude. Highly do not recommend staying here.

Not enough parking put front and the sides of the building are filled with trucks & busses. Rooms in good shape but showing its age. Lastly, they don’t accept Apple Pay.
- RWRonald WillisAug 6, 20265.0Harry the night manager was very instrumental in retrieving our reservation after the reservation was canceled due to my not understanding the check in text message prior to our arrival at the hotel. He did an excellent job explaining the process of some hotels cancellations are done if you fail to contact the hotel while traveling to the destination. Our check in time was 3:00p but we didn’t arrive until 2:30a the next morning. He was able to handle the situation with prompt and professional assistance provided. I had to update this review after getting my credit statement with $840.00 cancellation fee for a three day stay. I am having second thoughts about staying at any hotel that adds these types of charges to my hotel bill even if I stay at the hotel! I can understand the charge if you don’t arrive at the hotel but not if you arrive at a later time.
- SMSam M.Aug 3, 20265.0Room were very clean and large. The shower was clean and had Dove products. Large TV and really great blackout blinds (was not woken by the sun at all during the summer). Staff were really friendly and helpful! We locked ourselves out one night and they got us a new key right away. Location is tricky. It's located near two convinence stores, a great Indian place, and some more restaurants. Unfortunately, if you are going to either the convention centre (one block away) or the ampitheatre (not far) you CANNOT walk. You have to either drive/ride share. It's unfortunately that there is no crosswalk/path to get to these venues from this side of the highway. But that may just be an American thing 🤷🏼♀️
