- RWR W4 days ago3.0The hotel is good but the $10 “amenity fee” rubs the wrong way. Yeah, parking is free but it’s like that at virtually all similar hotels. Ten bucks won’t break the budget but it changes my opinion of the hotel.
- MVMichele VanNostrand5 days ago3.0We are staying for a convention in the center - while the rooms and bed were nice no so much for the hospitality. At 8:30 in the morning housekeeping was attempting to come in our room- have never had that happen before at any hotel. In addition I just tried to get into our room and the key doesn’t work so my husband had to go all the way downstairs to get new keys.
- HHH5 days ago2.0It was odd. I can't really tell if it's a new hotel that isn't finished or an old one that is being kind of updated. When we were there, a large amount of parking was blocked off due to redoing the black top. Room was okay, but had obvious signs of damage and wear such as missing securement in whiteboards, unkempt floors, a moldey type substance on the ceiling in the shower. It's attached to the convention center where I had to attend a weeklong thing. It was alright as well - the food was pretty good but I will say two issues were that a) the table cloths didnt have anchors which caused all of us to get caught in them trying to work and b) the staff would take the coffee away in the middle of the day. I had to keep geting my keycard renewed as my door would flash yellow and not let me in. The staff were nice. I have to ask - what in heavens name does the decal in the stairwell mean?
- LCLinda Cobbs-BanksOct 1, 20265.0Had to take an emergency trip stayed here. Had a little construction going on in parking lot but stay was exceptional. Greeted with good customer service and room was nice. We were pleased with our stay. Get location to get on and out connecting to Chicago land area.
