  EVEN hotel has proven to be convenient, clean and reliable. The rooms are comfortable with all the necessary amenities including a mini fridge, coffee maker and full ironing board with iron in every room. There is also a water station as you exit it the elevators on each floor and a microwave. They offer a 24hr gym plus onsite washer and dryer. What makes this hotel standout is the restaurant which opens at 6:00a every morning so you start your day off on the right foot. The other reason this hotel stood out is Adham who welcomed me at check-in. He was efficient, knowledgeable and most hospitable to every guest. Adham immediately set the tone for my stay. One other hidden gem, right across the street, is a restaurant called Vinny’s Clam House. The food was simply delicious! My only recommendation for the hotel is to upgrade the towels and wash clothes. They were ready to be retired.

  ⭐⭐ The room may be fine overall, but finding long and short hairs on the floor and walls of the shower when we arrived was very unpleasant. Cleaning the bathroom, especially the shower, should be a basic part of hygiene at any hotel, especially when you are paying for the service. This is not just a minor detail. Finding hairs from previous guests in the shower gives the impression that the bathroom was not properly cleaned before our arrival. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves its room-cleaning standards.

  Room is basically a cloud of cigarette smoke and they said they can't change my room. I would strongly advise against staying here for any conferences and finding a better hotel slightly further away Update: they did switch my room after the first night and provided some additional amenities. The new room was much better. Still a middle tier hotel that performed it's function after the horrible experience the first night.

  ROOM HAD NO MICROWAVE Restaurants and gas stations in the immediate are. Our iron was broken and I had to call again after almost an hour to get another iron. We got a room with no tube bcuz it was a handicap bathroom. Water got all over the floor Everytime we showered. No fan in the bathroom so mirror was fogged up everytime we showered. MOST OF THEIR ROOMS HAVE A ADJOINING ROOM DOOR IN THE ROOM. We definitely didn't like that. Wanted to change rooms but they said a majority of their rooms were like that. They do have a nice bar and restaurant inside the building. Bathroom sink is very small so don't expect to put a lot of your toiletries ontop of it. They turn the mini fridges off after cleaning and checkout so it took over 24 hrs to get cold. Good thing we brought our own ice chest. This is a hotel that we will not be going back to.

  "This hotel LOOKS very swanky and nice, but looks can be deceiving. It's actually pretty dirty. The toilet seat had skin and body filth on the inner edges, which was disgusting and a clear indicator that the cleaning staff do not actually clean the toilets all the way. They may clean the bowls, but not the seats—or anything else, for that matter. There was hair all over the bathroom floor: in the room with the toilet, the main part of the bathroom, as well as the shower. Luckily, I brought flip-flops so I didn't have to step on the nasty shower floor. Also, the soap dispenser bottle was COMPLETELY empty, so I had to use shower gel to wash my hands with. There is no excuse for this level of incompetence. I don't even blame the cleaning staff; this is either the fault of management or, even more likely, corporate; cause if they wanted their hotels to be known for being pristine and clean, they would make sure to have management enforce this. Also, we were told by the front desk that breakfast would be served from 6:00 to 10:00 am. We went down around 8:30ish and were told the food was in the restaurant around the corner. We went in, and there was a buffet of various breakfast items (eggs, bacon, toast, etc.). We hadn't even picked up plates when this woman came and told us we had to pay. We were confused because when we were told about breakfast, we believed it was the free breakfast that hotels offer. NOPE! The hotel doesn't even offer the basic muffin and fruit breakfast. Nothing. Nada. Thankfully, this hotel stay was 100% FREE because I had a bunch of points to use; cause if I had paid for this room, I'd have been angry. The saving grace is that I now know to never spend any real money at this hotel.
