  I would Not recommend this hotel. I’m very surprised Best Western has a contract with this location. This is the WORST room I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. At first, I could not figure out what the musty smell was coming from the carpet and A/C. Later, I realized it’s mold and mildew. The smell hits you as soon as you step out of your vehicle into the parking lot and in the rooms it’s much worse. I don’t think anyone is actually managing this property. There was trash every where outside and a trash can full of cigarette butts left at the side entry that we watched fill with rainwater and dehydrate many times over during our stay. The mattresses were sagging and in horrible condition. The dumpsters in the parking lot ooze rusty liquids with nowhere to drain and again the smell. They charge a Pet fee Daily but only service the rooms ONCE a week. It seems the Pet fee is a scam because there’s no extra cleaning going into your stay. It’s just a way for them to pocket extra money. None of the furniture is moved by housekeeping, and the dust buildup is significant. If you are staying for an extended time, housekeeping will not clean your bathroom unless you ask. They come in and change the linens ONLY. The bath towels are paper thin. The rooms have not been updated in a very long time. This is AT BEST a $39 a night room. There is no way charging over $60 a night is logical. The laundry room needs serious maintenance. The dryers are set to run for a max of 45 minutes, but they do not dry even after three cycles and that’s if they run and don’t eat your quarters instead. They do not offer a hot breakfast and it is extremely limited to a few items. The staff here are friendly. The golf course and bar are the priority at this property, I would NOT stay here if you are looking for any type of comfort.

  Water would at times get scalding hot and return to normal temp. Breakfast is disappointing-just a couple packaged products, cold, juice, milk and coffee (actually, it had run out by the time I got there at 8). I would have expected at least one or two warm options like little pancakes or eggs. Nothing hot. Beds were too soft. Would recommend going elsewhere first.

  Had a room booked here but cancelled it as soon as I arrived! On the door it states masks to be worn! None of the employees were wearing them and there was too many people to count not wearing one in the bar! Safe to say we cancelled and left immediately! Refuse to stay at a hotel that doesn’t enforce their own policies!
