  horrible horrible HORRIBLE customer support.. to the bald man working the front desk who over booked the hotel and gave the people who walked in to check our room.. you have the worst attitude and energy i have ever experienced, and i don’t ever leave reviews.. when checking in with my friend who made an online reservation we were told our room and reservation was non existent… then what are we looking at on our phone?? then proceeded to be no help and have a snarky and dismissive attitude towards us.. then when we called customer support and they called him to trouble shoot the problem he said and I QUOTE “i don’t know that’s between you and them to figure out” terrible experience if i could give 0 stars i would.. on the plus side got to see an Abraham Lincoln impersonator while this was happening so that was cool..

  This hotel Is owned together with the crown plaza next door. The reason I am displeased with this hotel is they charged our credit card for somebody else's room. It was interesting they could do this because the person did not have the same last name and did not check in even the same day we did. Their financial controls are poor. Never have had this happen before. Tried to resolve it and found they didn't want to call back. I had to pester them for 3 plus weeks before getting the matter resolved. Check your bills at this place. Didn't even find the need to apologize. Management is poor when they don't take care of problems they created.

  The front desk employee greeted us immediately and was helpful with city info. The room was the best we've had so far on our road trip. It was clean and spacious, with plenty of storage space in the room and bathroom. Shower water pressure was perfect. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Very pleased.

  Can’t personally recommend this place… so I booked online and somehow magically the dates changed.. so I called to changed the dates… it took 30 minutes and what would you know OF COURRRRRSEEEE there’s a rate change and it costs more… I asked them (it’s a Thursday and Friday) to help me out and match the rate as the error date was a weekend. (So you’d think it’d cost more on the weekend). They said nope we can’t match the price. I get online and it’s 15 bucks cheaper than they charged me for the correct date… I asked if I can cancel cancel they said if I do cancel they’ll charge me the full amount for a nights stay if I cancel. Customer service is bottom of the barrel garbage… I’d personally stay elsewhere if you can.

  When we arrived at the hotel there were no carts to take our stuff up. Then when we got to our room it was not very clean, specks of blood on sheets, a used washcloth in the shower , and the carpet was not vacuumed. When my husband went downstairs to ask for our sheets to be changed at 11:20pm , it took 30 minutes for them to arrive. However when we opened the door there was no one there just a bunch of sheets on the floor. A few of the sheets were also wet. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
