  Easy to find and navigate to. Rooms fine; comfortable beds. Easy check-in and out. Good bar and service.Good breakfast buffet and options. Excellent assistance and service by Chelsea Sunday AM! Elevators limited for tall building and convention crowds. One escalator inop also limited vertical movement. Overall good stay and productive convention .(KofC)

  No indoor pool they advertise they do but they physically do not what they do is give you a token and you're supposed to drive around to the back of the property and go to the actual crown plaza hotel that does in fact have an indoor pool and they let you use it but you can't physically go from the holiday and you have to drive over or walk over and it's quite a while false advertising there's no indoor pool there I checked in asked where the pool was they wanted to give me a token and have me drive over or walk over to use the indoor pool who does that? Who advertises falsely that you have an indoor pool but you don't and then you have to go to another hotel to actually use the pool? What a scam Never stay at this place during the 10 minutes I was there it was dirty filthy no parking run down and I've been in IHG member for 23 years and never been scammed like that I immediately checked out and left. I can't believe the holiday in advertised that they have an indoor pool but they don't they actually call it the Holiday inn Crowne plaza but that's a totally different hotel The crown Royal plaza is in the back of the Holiday inn and yes it has a pool but you cannot physically go for your hotel room to the indoor pool is nothing but a fraudulent stand

  Greg is a great bartender and jack of all trades,Ashley treated us with the up most respect when we had questions and Ron was very helpful to help us extend our stay. Some of the best hotel staff we have had in a long time! Great job!

  I had a great experience at the Crowne Plaza Springfield Convention Center Hotel. The hotel is clean and has a warm inviting atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially Michael at the front desk/customer service team. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left my AirPods Pro in the room and was really stressed about it. Michael took the time to work with housekeeping to help locate them, kept me updated, and made sure they were safely held for me until my next stay. It really meant a lot because losing something so important while traveling is never fun, and he handled the situation professionally and with genuine care. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive and honest these days. I’m very appreciative of Michael and the hotel staff for going above and beyond. Thank you again!

  I was woken up by a call from this hotel's staff canceling my reservation the day I was supposed to check-in, it was a corporate lodging(CLC) reservation. I was asked why didn't I make the reservation via the Corporate Lodging website. I've never had to do, I've always called the hotel I entended to stay at and made my reservation that way, I told the staff member this. The staff member proceeds to tell me he is cancelling my reservation and that I would need to make my reservation through the Corporate Lodging website and then he tells me that they are out of rooms for the Corporate Lodging rate and hangs up. I call the hotel back to make sure I wasn't being scammed and I was told that yes my reservation was canceled and the hotels policy is that you have to make Corporate Lodging reservations through the Corporate Lodging website due to the hotel being scammed in the past and not being paid. I ask the staff member why wasn't I told that when I made the reservation( I called the hotel directly to make the reservation and got a confirmation reservation email) and she didn't have an answer. The staffer continued to reiterate the hotels policy. So I had to spend about 20-30 mins stressed out looking for another hotel because there was some sort of event going in town that same day and every place I called was sold out. It was a very unprofessional experience and clearly not all of the front desk staff know this policy.
