  For the love, spend your money elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would, this hotel is the worst Best Western I've ever had the displeasure of staying in. The "plus" in Best Western "plus" is plus a headache. First, the selling point was the jetted tub in the room, after a taxing weekend, we we're looking forward to relaxing in the tub HOWEVER, not surprisingly the jets did not work. We tried everything we could to get them to turn on and it's just useless. Almost as useless as the hotel staff, when you would ask for something simple such as extra pillows because their pillows are so bad, sleeping on a folded up hoodie or a towel had more to it, they would tell you they didnt have extra. What hotel doesnt have extra pillows, especially when you can tell they were certainly not at capacity. They were rude about it and made you feel unwelcome. The bed is essentially a warn out box spring, you only feel the springs as you slept so for 2 days I woke up in unimaginable pain due to the crappy bed. The refrigerator in the room was iced over and didnt keep anything cold. The sink faucet in the bathroom is positioned so far back you flood the counter just by turning it on making it extremely difficult to wash your hands or anything. The room we were in echoed so bad we felt like we had to whisper just to be in there because there was nothing in the room to pad the sound. Overall, the room felt like a slopped together jail cell. Lastly, one hour before check out the smoke detector started beeping loudly as to say get out, what are the chances of that. It made for a very overwhelming packing process to get out since the room was so echoey it was extremely loud. I saw other reviews with "management" replying over the months that they are "renovating" I can say with certainty they are not, they just want to pocket your money and not take care of the property. You guys give Best Western a bad name, I've never been to a bad Best Western until now. Do better.
