  The common areas and lobby were actually nice and presentable, so I wasn’t expecting the condition of our room. When we first walked in, the room was completely dark—not even a courtesy light was left on. That alone wouldn’t have been a huge issue, but once I saw the bathroom, I started questioning how thoroughly the room had been prepared for the next guests. The shower was disgusting. There was hair left throughout the shower, including around the mounted soap dispenser/soap bottle, and what appeared to be mold/mildew in the grout. I was literally gagging. It did not look or feel like the shower had been properly cleaned between guests. Breakfast was disappointing as well. It was an additional charge, yet several food trays were empty and it took quite a while for them to be replenished. If guests are paying extra for breakfast, the buffet should be adequately stocked during breakfast hours. The hotel itself isn’t horrible-looking, which honestly made the lack of cleanliness in our room even more disappointing. Regardless of whether you’re staying for one night or several, a clean bathroom is a basic expectation at any hotel. Finding someone else’s hair and mold/mildew in the shower is unacceptable. Based on the cleanliness of our room, I would not stay here again.

  Great location with plenty of cultural food options nearby. Everyone was so nice and helpful. A special THANK YOU to SHAMEER at the front desk for being so welcoming and hospitable, especially after three long days of work travel! My room was clean and quiet, and I slept well. A little dated with weak water pressure…but overall a very comfortable stay!

  Staff is super helpful but the rooms are garbage. Switched rooms immediately due to the place smelling like some combination of beer and weed. Second room was marginally better, on the second floor. Hallway had crusty towels along the wall (water damage?) and the room itself was musty. Shower was kinda gross. Sheets are all clean but the pillows all have a weird smell. For the $ there are better options nearby. Unfortunately for me, those options were all booked :/

  Experienced some hiccups throughout my various interactions with this location. I was arriving after hours, and had to play 20-30 minutes of phone tag to finally speak with someone at the desk. Upon arrival, my room was clean enough, but felt lesser than in comparison to other locations I’ve stayed at. Another annoyance was returning after a long day, only to find out neither one of my room keys worked. Bags in hand, I returned to the unattended front desk and waited for someone to acknowledge my presence. An employee who didn’t seem to work the lobby was eventually kind enough to assist in issuing a new keycard, which worked out.

  Amur was so amazing our car broke down from enterprise. And he helped us with getting a room and everything and told us how to contact enterprise. So that we can get a replacement car He was so patient with us. And so understanding, we were so scared we come from Ohio. We didn't know what we were doing. And he helped us with everything and calmed us down. He also told us a cheap and good place to go eat and gave us numbers for taxis andUber, he went beyond customer service legitimately. He needs a raise. I've never met someone who was so kind and amazing to us. Would definitely come back just for him🥹 he made us feel safe.
