  I have been trying to cancel my reservation for at least a couple weeks now. No one returns calls or emails. Every time I call i get hung up on. Whatever young lady they have answering the phones is barely audible and then just hangs up. I'm so frustrated and disappointed with how difficult this has been. I booked through booking.com andnthey haven't been able to get a response either. I paid $566 to book this hotel for 2 days. Now thwy want $541 to cancel the booking and there seems to be literally no one to talk to.

  Do not stay here! Broken microwave, was told twice it would be fixed (still hasnt). Front desk staff has been rude and will not get you anything that is not right there in front of them. They did not offer any alternative either. If my company was not paying, I would have checked out less than 24 hrs after arriving. Shower is okay but not great and tv is out of date (minimal channels and not a smart TV to connect your device) which makes it very boring. On a good note, the pool and hot tub are amazing and very clean. Great location if you are traveling without a vehicle.

  Stayed here four times for work and was overall pleased! Rooms are decent and clean, common spaces could be cleaner. Freehan was so helpful and sweet on my stays! Only real complaint is when the male staff gave me my room keys, they would say my room out loud, which as a woman traveling alone I didn’t appreciate. Would stay again.

  We had a room in the 200s and it was clean and comfortable. All the staff was very gracious and helpful, and the parking was convenient. There is no free breakfast here, however there is a pancake house next door in walking distance. Pool was clean and well maintained. Would stay again if I was in the area.

  We came in to a wonderful lobby and hotel bar. Everything was clean, spacious, and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were wonderful! We got to our room and it was a little warm. We like a room as cold as can be. We turned the temp down I went to the bar. I came back after an hour and it was still way too warm. The manager came to address the thermostat and help make sure I programmed it properly. I was told if nothing changed after 15 minutes, we would be moved. The unit must have had issues. I called back and the manager came up to our room and gave us our new room key. We moved to our new room and are quite comfortable! Was the room perfect? No. Was the situation perfect? No. But we came in to Chicago on a Saturday night and they were able to accommodate us. That is absolutely wonderful customer service. We will absolutely stay here again! This may not be The Ritz, but the rooms are nice, the hotel bar is convenient, and the staff is competent and caring. Thank you for a great stay!
