- LPL Z (Titan PDR)May 5, 20261.0The shuttle service from the airport is absolute manure. Had a full day of delays and finally got to Chicago and we were given vouchers for our overnight stay. We were told multiple times in our over 2 our wait outside for the shuttle that it was "moments away." 4 Best Western Shuttles drove by where THEY TOLD US TO BE and never picked us up. Our flight was at 6:00 the next morning so we didn't get but an hour of "sleep." The staff absolutely sucks and only kept telling us they were on the way and then left us and several others, including elderly, sitting for over 2 hours. Horrible horrible service.

It’s clear they’ve put effort into remodeling, but aside from the flooring, many of the updates seem to be cosmetic, mostly fresh paint over older surfaces. The beds are comfortable, which is a plus. However, the room was extremely humid, to the point where it was uncomfortable to breathe. I even had to use my inhaler. Despite setting the air conditioner to 68, the humidity never improved.
- VGVictor GalvanApr 7, 20263.0Room was clean except for minor dust in the corner behind the lamp but comfortable otherwise. Bathroom was a little musty. The tub floor was a little dingy and uneven and the bathroom door didn't close properly. The door lock was but working so hard to be let into the room by front desk before maintenance came to fix. Card keys also had to be reprogrammed. Front desk attendant was very nice and apologetic for the inconvenience. Good TV channel selection and good location. Overall our stay was good and room was adequate and appropriately priced. Plenty of parking as well.
