- CKconrad kaluzny6 days ago4.0Clean rooms, friendly staff. The location was good for what I was traveling for. You are across the street from a set of train tracks. I didnt hear the train but be aware.

The main lady, I think her name was Mary, was extremely wonderful and very accommodating. Decent hot breakfast. it has a nice pool. The beds were very comfortable which surprised me. I will definitely be staying there again.

- JWJessica WagnerOct 15, 20231.0I’m highly disappointed in my experience with Best western paradise inn. Upon checkout we were charged a cleaning fee for our cardiac service dog. When we approached the front desk about this inconvenience they kept itterating that my service dog was a pet and told us that they would have put us in a pet friendly room…which is against federal law! I will be taking further action to ensure that others with disabilities such as myself are not discriminated against! Again service dogs are not pets! ADA
