  Went to this hotel on Sunday October 12th, 2026. Checked into our hotel room and got dinner. Not even 2 hours into us being there I noticed bugs inside of the bedsheets. These bugs were small but were definitely crawling around in the bedsheets. I approached hotel staff about it, showed them the picture of the bugs, they looked at me like I was crazy and offered me a different room. But, I kinda figured if there were bugs in one room, they’d be in them all. Regardless of if this was a roach, ant, beetle or whatever kind of bug, it doesn’t matter because they still had bugs in the bedsheets. I still have yet to receive any refund, apology or follow up. This place gladly took my money. I just want my money back and honestly a follow up with an apology. Because we canceled our entire vacation because we didn’t have anywhere to stay.

  The staff was amazing, the most friendly hotel staff we had during our 10 day trip. The breakfast was good. Small pool, so don't stay here if you want to lap swim!

  Check in was actually a mess. Took like 500 bucks of pending charges from me. Took a sum out before I even checked in. At check in they had some other card number in the account although I had money taken that morning. Spoke with manager and honestly was a waste of my time. Answers with "I don't see any other card in our system" as if I was making that scenario up. I will not be back

  Worst holiday inn I’ve ever stayed at. Mold in the AC. Sticky brown spot on the floor of the room. Bathroom was crusty. Walls were gross . Switch plates were broken. Front desk staff was ok but a little rude. Even the elevator was nasty. Definitely not the worst hotel I have ever seen but definitely the worst Holiday Inn I have ever seen and I was in a bind so the room was over $300 for the night. Breakfast was good.

  The hotel is great and the fine staff are all even greater. For me it’s ALWAYS the people that make the difference and determine the experience. Esha and Rocelys made me feel at home. The use my name and greet me and ask how things are with my stay. Even the house keeping and maintenance staff smile and nod and say hello. I highly recommend this place for any traveler. I promise you will have a great experience. I certainly have.
