- MGMarcus GJul 15, 20264.0This hotel I underestimated, Breakfast is just your basic like u get at most hotels; cooked fresh and good. Environment: well maintained and nice. Now Im a rewards member and one of the perks was being upgraded to the Penthouse Suite, and this Suite was sweeeeet! Full kitchen, dinning room, living room and a king-size bed on the 2nd floor with a guest 1/2 bathroom on the 1st floor, and a elegant marble wall glass shower doors on the 2nd fl. I will be back and Staying at this Staybridge at Ohare Airport. Although my view is of the airport, penthouse Suite is exceptional that I highly recommend, and affordable 💯

Should of come with the stay. Based on this I would never recommend
- KKKJul 12, 20263.0I checked in on the 11th of July 2026 and, as an IHG Gold member, was hoping for a warm, welcoming experience. Unfortunately, my initial interactions at the front desk felt cold and transactional, including when I called to ask about a late check-out and my member benefits. To give some context: After my last stay with IHG about a year ago, I shifted my loyalty to Hilton and have been staying with them almost exclusively since. This stay was me giving IHG another chance. What completely turned things around was meeting Mr. Mohammed Sohail Khan on the 12th early morning. His professionalism, kindness, and genuinely welcoming attitude reminded me what true hospitality feels like. More importantly, he made me feel that my Gold membership actually meant something and that I was a valued guest, not just another reservation. Mr. Khan’s exceptional service was the highlight of my stay and the reason I would genuinely consider returning to the IHG brand in the future. I hope management recognizes his outstanding contribution and encourages that level of hospitality across the team. People like him are why guests come back.
