  Room was basic but that was fine with us. We just needed a place to stay near the airport for a very early flight the next day. Problem 1: The bathroom sink had a stuck plug so the water could not be drained. We moved the metal piece on the back of the sink up and down but that didn't do anything. We ended up brushing our teeth using water from the shower. Problem 2: We showered and realized that water did not drain. But the stopper was up so this didn't make any sense. We called front desk and one of the maintenance people did something outside of our room to fix this. But we'd already showered with water up to our calves. Problem 3: One of the lights above the bed didn't work. Not a big deal - minor inconvenience. Problem 4: The bathroom door could not be fully shut. Did it expand because of the weather? Good thing I have an understanding partner who doesn't care about any number one or number two. To be fair, I think we just happened to have the worst room. I don't think the multitude of problems would all be present for another room. And now onto the good things: -The value of this room was great, especially during the summer. -Free shuttle to the airport was AWESOME. Driver was excellent. -Staff was very friendly and helpful.

  Stayed here because I wanted to be by the airport take advantage of the train nearby. Didn't seem as practical as I thought. The hotel was good, clean comfortable rooms. Was on the top floor, but windows looked like the need a good wash so okay views. Nicely located near most events in the area. Food offering were nothing special. There are a few places you can walk to but they are not obvious. Walking to the Blue line was more of a hike than anticipated but it worked. Not sure I would do it at night. Pretty much a conference hotel. Not high end at all.

  Very good hotel for business trip. Very quiet despite being closed to the airport. Have a shuttle. Personel is really really nice and welcoming. Good restaurant. Very clean. Good breakfast options. Watch out, extremely far from downtown but blue line not too far and will get you there in 45 minutes

  Honestly, this was a pretty bad modern day hotel experience. Unless I'm staying at a motel by the side of the highway that rents by the hour I'm expecting to have decent wi-fi and a smart TV that has some level of streaming capacity. This hotel had neither, and wouldn't even allow for HDMI connections (ROKU, Fire Stick, etc.). IHG, please update your mid-2000's TVs. For what I paid for two nights you could easily buy two of them. On the positive side, the hotel was clean with comfortable beds and a good breakfast buffet, so if you plan on spending ZERO time in the room other than sleeping maybe this is the place for you. If your staying in the area for a conference and may be spending some time in your room, you should look elsewhere!

  Idk where to start. This hotel was not what I thought it was. The lobby area is very nice and welcoming but the room we had not so much. The room was a decent size but the bathroom was very small and the counter in the bathroom was even smaller. It felt so cramped. There was a limited amount of channels that was offered and those few channels half of them glitched off and on. During my 2 day stay I tried numerous times to fill my ice bucket and each time I went there was no ice available. The parking I thought would be a little cheaper than parking in the parking garage but I ended up paying 75 dollars for parking and I only left the lot once. The gate was broken so we had to drive all the way around to park in the back. The only good things about this hotel was the lobby, the fashion outlet being in walking distance and having a good view to see fireworks. I will definitely not be booking this hotel again.
