  Regular at this hotel and as soon as i walk in, the smile from the staff you're greeted with is brilliant. Rooms are a little outdated compared to other hotels in the area but don't let that put you off from staying. Seeing Patty at breakfast each morning when I stay and the service i get brightens would your day!

  I honestly don’t understand any low ratings! I stayed here before an early flight out of O’Hare and left my car while I traveled, and I was SO impressed. I genuinely could not find anything wrong with this hotel. The lobby was beautiful, clean, welcoming, and honestly much fancier than I expected for the price. The neighborhood felt very safe, the other guests were friendly, and the entire atmosphere felt comfortable and well maintained. The staff members I interacted with were trainees, and they were doing a great job. Even the elevators impressed me — huge, fast, spotless, and always available. It’s a small thing until you’ve stayed at a hotel where the elevators are decidedly NOT those things! My room was incredibly clean, modern, and up to date, with a beautiful view of the city. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows may have been some of the most comfortable hotel pillows I’ve ever slept on. The bathroom was just as impressive — spotless, updated, and really nice, with perfect shower pressure. And you know what? Even the clock was set to the right time! 😂 I kept waiting to discover whatever it is that explains the lower rating, and I honestly never found it. Clean, comfortable, safe, updated, friendly, convenient, and an excellent value. At this point, I’m convinced the people leaving low ratings are doing it selflessly to keep the price down for the rest of us. Please continue your service. I would absolutely stay here again, especially for an early O’Hare flight and park-and-fly.

  Used the hotel for a park and fly. The staff was great and the shuttle and parking were great. The hotel was fully booked when we got there and our room was bad, came in and it smelled badly of mold. There was visible black mold growing. Didn’t bother calling down for a room change as the staff had turned away customers as they were fully booked. This hotel needs a full remodel. Wish it was better as it’s a good location and the staff is good but visible black mold and musty rooms aren’t worth it.

  I honestly don’t even know where to start when i checked into this hotel i was told after fully paying for the stay online i still have to pay a 250$ damage deposit as well as 39$ every night for parking so we decided to park elsewhere and it has almost been 30 days and i still have not received my deposit back even after multiple times trying to call i was directed to accounting and out of the 6 to 8 times i have called they have only answered once and i was told there was no issues with my deposit it would take one more day to get my refund it has now been 3 days still nothing and now when i call it goes straight to voicemail i have also emailed the accounting department and have got nothing but silence this has been an everyday thing it has been the absolute worst service very frustrating i have tried to be patient house keeping was the one service that was good there and the room was okay definitely not what you would expect for these prices everything seemed very bare minimum the tv didn’t work and was mostly out of signal no microwave is provided in the rooms and the pool was always freezing breakfast not included many other defectives within this hotel towards the end of our trip we decided to switch hotels we definitely will not be coming back or ever staying here again.

  Well... The hotel was probably good at some point in history but seem to lack proper maintenance to keep the standard. Staff was pretty rude at check in. The upper floors enjoy the best maintained room. Hotel staff seem well aware that some room are infested with bedbugs but still welcome customers in them (they have probably done they cost benefits analysis). After being bitten, I requested an immediate bedroom change and staff brought a disinfection chamber to clean all my belongings. They seem to know the process well but I can't figure out why they send customers in these rooms at a first place. They also offered breakfast vouchers and one free night in the new room... The only positive points are the vicinity of the airport and the small gym.
