    Terrible experience. The person at the front desk was so rude and inconsiderate. We were waiting for hours for a room just for people that came after us to get it. We booked months in advance so this was absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning

    The staff and the breakfast are great, but the rooms are filthy. The carpet is disgusting; you would think that you could at least clean the carpets with a carpet cleaner. My feet stuck to the carpet, which was generally dirty.

    I stayed here with my family over Father’s Day weekend and it was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life. The room was filthy! There’s so many details I could list but the most concerning was the fact that the bedsheets were not cleaned. The sheets had visible hair, grease, smudges, and even what looked like a booger, from the previous guest (see pictures). Beyond that, nearly all the surfaces in the room had visible smudges (again: see picture attached). The shower also had visible hairs and grime all over. Had we not arrived at 3am after driving for hours, we would have left. Though the front desk employee was polite, apologetic, and got us clean replacement sheets when asked—it resulted in me having to make our own bed at 3 am and having to flip pillow cases inside out as those had been forgotten. When we brought up the filth of the room the next day, nothing was offered to us, not even the offer to switch rooms (we booked/stayed 2 nights). We ended up asking the staff for shower cleaner so we could clean the shower ourselves before we used it! I felt grossed out every moment I was in that room. I will never go back there again and would not recommend it to anyone either. Mistakes happen, but clean sheets is the bare minimum and when staff doesn’t even seem to care that their customers are staying in filth…yikes is all I can say.
