  Had a very good stay here. We got in late and had to use the night bell to get in. Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Parked in the overflow lot just across the street where there was plenty of parking. Overall was a fantastic experience. B's Kitchen is on site and had good breakfast.

  Nice view, clean please, I was not fan about the breakfast a "La Cart", I prefer to have buffet option however it was good, just take more time

  Nice (clean, up to date, looks high end) reception erea. All other floors look a lil run down with broken equipment. Rooms and nice (clean well maintained room). Plumbing is an issue with very low water pressure. Service is excellent. Every employee is welcoming and did everything in their power to help. Hotel is in a crime ridden area with many vagrants wandering around outside the hotel.

  This is an older hotel in a downtown area, so it's a bit different than the newer places on the edge of town. It's an 8 floor tower with limited on-site parking, two restaurants on site (one is breakfast only, the other is lunch/dinner). You can tell this place was built in the 60's or 70's, just by the feel of it. For example, the pool is on the second floor and is fairly large and deep, which is definitely not the "normal" now. The hallways and rooms feel very slightly cramped compared to the newer hotels, as well. That said...the front desk staff was like a well-oiled machine. Everyone stayed busy, things were handled smoothly, and the hotel had lots of guests and events. At the time we went, there was a convention happening as well as a bus tour for the baseball game at the minor league stadium across the river. The room was comfortable and updated in terms of furniture, bedding, bathroom fixtures. The HVAC worked well and was quiet. The TVs used a dated guide system, but had HBO/Cinemax/Showtime, along with the usual cable channels, which is unusual now. No provisions for any streaming that I could see. The neighborhood is pretty slow...outside of the hotel, there was really very little traffic or people walking around. There's a couple bars across the street and even those didn't seem very busy in the evening. The parking lot at the hotel wasn't large enough for all the cars, but there's a large lot across the street that can be used. Breakfast isn't free, but we got tickets with our key for free breakfast. The hostess there gets you drinks and clears your table, the weekend we went it was a breakfast buffet. I'd stay again if I had a reason to be in the area.

  Honestly, it was pretty quiet. The noise from the joining room was loud, but very minimal noise outside. That may be because there wasn't much going on. I felt a bit uncomfortable about the location because of the way town looked on the way in, but we ended up having zero issues. No free breakfast. The restaurant food was good for dinner. This location was close to where we needed to be for a weekend. Beds weren't bad. Staff was nice. I had an issue with the in-room coffee maker and they sent someone quickly. Actual hotel parking lot is tiny, had to park in the public parking across the street.
