  Overall, a good place to spend the night. The rooms were a little small, but they were clean. There is not enough parking. It quickly fills up and remaining guests have to park off-site across the street. Also I noticed that there were only 4 disability parking slots. Not sure that complies with ADA standards. Breakfast is not provided by the hotel. There is a restaurant in the same building that does have breakfast for a price. Staff, both at check-in and check-out, were welcoming and thanked us for staying there.

  Hotel is nice. Staff is friendly. The only negatives are the hallways are depressing/ dim and the gym has an intense pool smell that can make it hard to workout.

  This rating should have been a 5. The rooms were beautiful and recently renovated. The bathroom was very nicely decorated. I loved the bathroom's the lighted mirror and wallpaper. So why not a 5? The evening/night receptionist was not always available. Once she arrived to the front desk, she was helpful. By contrast, the front desk had two helpful women working the front desk were available the following morning. Our only complaint about the beautiful bathroom was the facet was hard to turn. The newer carpet in the bedroom was spotted near where the coffee maker was located. While there were ample towels in the fitness room, the container of wipes and the water cooler were empty. The elliptical had a cover plate missing.

  We had a 3 night stay here for a round and square dance convention. Clean, polite, efficient. The shower head is placed for short people..otherwise perfect!

  ⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing and Unclean I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean and had a strong, unpleasant smell, almost like a dirty, damp washcloth. It was very noticeable and made the room uncomfortable to stay in. The cleanliness issues were not limited to the room. The elevator was filthy, and the carpet throughout the hotel looked dirty and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the property gave the impression that cleanliness and upkeep were not a priority. After a long day of traveling, we expected a clean and comfortable room, especially from a Holiday Inn property. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet that basic expectation. I have stayed at many hotels and IHG properties, and this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them for future guests.
