  Great overnight stop for us! Very clean! Looks pretty new. Desk clerk was efficient - new so still learning. Great check in. Can't say enough about how spotless the rooms and entire hotel looked. Nice and cool rooms during this heat wave. Right off the interstate if you need an overnight stop. Not much that we saw close by except Culvers, Sunshine Family Restaurant and gas station. Everything you need for your overnight stop. Our 2nd floor hall had a nice cozy area with a fireplace to enjoy as well.

  Had to give a shout for the desk clerk to come to the desk, but very nice, smooth check in. There is an issue with the hot water this trip, but that happens. Not a lot of difference between straight cold and straight hot. But the guys are here working on it.

  I don't know why the manager here feels the need to degrade the employees. I'm glad I witnessed it and i feel bad for the young kid working here. If you have an issue with your employees, you need to address it privately and not in front of patrons. Who knows how she speaks to them when nobody is around. And also, not giving breaks for 8 hours worked is illegal. I talked to this kid about how bad she was treating him and was told that he doesn't even get breaks because nobody is there to cover it. To the owner- you need to cover them then. Will never come back to this location. I hope this kid finds an employer who actually cares and follows the law.

  I had to call to get someone to come to the front desk. Then on the app it states it’s $25 extra for a dog to stay. The front desk tried charging me $100.
