  This hotel was wonderful. Check in was less than 5 min. Was greeted my employees in the hallway. Rooms where very clean and comfortable. The only bad thing was that I was only staying for the night. But definitely will book again if ever staying this way again.

  I work at a top-rated Holiday Inn Express in Wisconsin and have yet to stay in another one even comparable—but this was better! I just needed a place to stay the night for an early event in DeKalb in the morning, so I used points for this stay and it was well worth it. Both front desk guys I spoke to were friendly, and Karen did a FANTASTIC job cooking breakfast! The only HUGE negative is no Keurig in the room, which I unfortunately didn’t notice soon enough and no one told me I could ask for one until it was too late. Plus I wanted to brew two coffees at once to take up to my room, but only one of the machines here was working. Having to wake up and get dressed to go downstairs for coffee to brew in a cup at 5:30 a.m. seems like IHG cares more about the environment than their guests in it. I’d definitely have stayed somewhere with in-room coffee and in DeKalb if I had to pay as this was a huge inconvenience to me.

  Right of the interstate! The front desk was very kind! Rooms were clean and very spacious! We had to ask for two cribs and they delivered them and even had a small blanket for kids to use in them! Very well thought out! The breakfast was okay but the coffee was fantastic! The lady in charge of the breakfast area was kind helpful and cleaned and even threw away garbage as we finished! She went above and beyond!
