  Dave Patel is a terrible manager. He runs this hotel like it was in Cicero. Full on construction after 5pm and doesn't take care of his pool. We had a complaint and he never returned my call to try to resolve my concerns.

  During my stay, I had to request that the bed sheets be changed multiple times because they had visible stains. Unfortunately, each time the sheets were replaced, I noticed additional blood stains on the replacement linens. This was very disappointing and made me uncomfortable, especially considering the level of cleanliness I expect when staying at a hotel. I reached out to the hotel via email and did not hear back. Would not recommend this place! If I could give a zero star I would

  Hotel was dirty, girl running the front desk was snotty and upcharged us after changing the booking date by one day due to unforeseen cir umstances, hot tub was cold, there was snot and other nasty things on the railings, and the pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom.

  This is a well-managed hotel, conveniently located and clean. The room looked like new - very clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed and air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious as well. There was a separate living area, with a large sofa bed for my daughter. Linen for the sofa bed was present in the room, and so was an iron and ironing board. The room also had a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Breakfast was standard fare, as expected for a hotel of this class. Recommended!

  I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this Holiday Inn. The room was overpriced compared to other hotels in the area, and unfortunately, it didn’t come close to meeting even basic expectations. The room was dated, dirty, and, worst of all, had roaches. I reported the issue to the front desk, but they didn’t seem concerned and made no real effort to address it. Their lack of urgency or even a sincere apology was incredibly frustrating. Since it was late and I had no other option, I had to spend the night in the room despite the conditions. After my stay, I tried to speak with management, but no one was available. I left two voicemails and never received a call back. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and complete absence of follow-up made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I expected much better, especially considering the price. I would not recommend staying here. Update: Thank you for your response. While you state that relocating guests is your standard procedure, that was not my experience. I was told the hotel was completely booked and that there were no other rooms available, so I was left with no choice but to spend the night in Room 245. If your investigation truly found no evidence of pests, then why were my two calls to management never returned? I made multiple attempts to discuss the situation directly before posting my review because I wanted to give the hotel an opportunity to address my concerns. Unfortunately, that opportunity was ignored. I have absolutely nothing to gain by writing a negative review. My only goal was to share my honest experience. Instead of acknowledging that I was placed in what I believe was an unsanitary situation and apologizing for how it was handled, your response suggests that I fabricated my experience. That is far more disappointing than the original incident itself. My review reflects exactly what I experienced during my stay. While your investigation may have reached a different conclusion after the fact, it does not change what I saw or how the situation was handled. I stand by my review and remain disappointed not only by the condition of the room, but by the lack of follow-up and accountability afterward.
