  They don't have carts available for handicap situations. Poor customer service, they didn't try to help in any way. After setting in lobby for 10 minutes, a wonderful young man offered to carry my luggage in for me. If he hadn't of offered his help I would have had to sleep in lobby or go to another hotel. The sad thing is that 3 other visitors were in my same situation. I'm not sure but I think he helped everyone before he checked out. If you are disabled or a senior citizen, don't stay here.

  We had issues… and were switched to a new room. It was better-ish. The problem with the spa was a known issue but uncorrected. The health department would shut them down if they showed up unexpectedly. First room: 1. Blinds broken 2. Floor under sofa bed filthy see photo Second room: 1. Baseboard missing from wall at entry in room 2. Bathroom door does not close and latch 3. Tub drain plug not connected 4. Bed area carpet “sticky” recommend removing and installing hard floor Spa 1. Chemicals not properly balanced; burned my skin Breakfast 1. Juice machine broken (warm boxed juice in small fridge) 2. Pancake maker not available (no mix - “maybe next week”)

  Have stayed here multiple times with my Service Animal and never charged a pet fee until now and I have called multiple times and management won't even call me back about refunding the $50 pet fee. Needless to say I won't ever stay here again

  This place has gone WAY downhill in the last year with an exponential decline in the last 3 or so months. Handrails broken in the stairwells, side doors not operating for at least 2 months. Corridors not clean and to put a cherry on top found a used wash cloth still hanging in the shower last night...makes you question the general cleaning and what else they missed if they missed that. When I mentioned it to the front desk at check out I was just told woops sorry.... Travel plenty for work and this is bottom of the barrel type hotel.

  I would recommend if you chose to stay at this location checking your charges after checkout. I spent one night in this hotel. I asked for, and was granted a late checkout the next day. After returning home and checking my credit card I was charged twice for my room. Both charges were made on the day I checked out of the hotel (and one was not a pending charge, both cleared). I called the hotel and was finally transferred to the general manager Paris. She stated she would look into this and call me the next day. She did not call, I had to call back late the next day. She then told me because I was angry I was charged twice she had not planned to return my call and would have to still look into the issue. My husband also spoke to her and she repeated the same to him and told her she would call him the next day, this was 5 days ago and still no call. She is completely aware I was charged for a night I did not stay and is now stealing from customers. She also directed us the the hotel's owner, Mr. Patel who also could not be bothered to return a call. If you stay here be aware they have no issue with stealing from customers and have will not return calls if you are upset about service you received.
