  Its a 3 star hotel, so nothing fancy. Location is decent, with easy access to a few places to eat and a couple of gas stations. Short drive into STL.

  We had completely finished the toilet paper in the room after one person used it [they had almost finished single roll], so I called the front desk to inform them that there is no more toilet paper. The staff member who answered was very rude and told me to come get it myself because she “didn’t have housekeeping and was the only one available.” A few minutes later, I heard something being thrown on the ground followed by a very loud knock at the door. It was the toilet paper left outside. The entire interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Overall, it was a horrible experience and definitely not the level of customer service I expected from Best Western Plus.

  Decent hotel at a reasonable price. We stayed here for a few nights before an event in St Louis, and wished we stayed here instead of the much more expensive major hotel chain (rhymes with Hilton) we stayed at in downtown St Louis. Rooms were decent, breakfast was good, and plenty of parking was available. The desk staff was hard to find when we checked in and out, and another customer complained to me about it when we were both trying to locate someone.

  My first time here in saint louis area ,I’m from the east coast here for the weekend definitely ask for connie when u come she is very polite and helpful very respectful hospitality is 10/10 she helped me book my extra stay rooms are very clean clean mattress clean bed protectors showers and bathroom excellent condition breakfast was awesome and good and customer service if you need anything at night is great definitely will book again when I come back in visit

  When checking in it took awhile for someone to check us in. We found out the elevator was broken. Trash in stairwell and when arriving to room the couch had a tear on corner and miss matched cushions . Spouse found someone else medicine under the bed on his side and tv would not work.
