  Waited for an hour in the lobby as the only guest waiting to check in. The front desk receptionist couldn’t unlock their account and sat on hold with their own internal help desk. All awhile a large group of intoxicated people were drinking, shouting and cursing in the lobby. It all felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Finally got into a room and it smelt of pee or something of the sort. On paper the hotel looked great, but currently not planning on ever staying here again.

  Amanda at the front desk offered exceptional service when we noticed an issue in our room. We traveled as an extended family group with several children. All rooms, the lobby, and pool area were very clean, and the hotel was child friendly.

  My friend and I were on a roadtrip and needed at place to recharge last minute. We arrived at IHG around 10pm. Rebecca went above and beyond to get us a room for the night. She even made sure the room we got was going to be on a quiet floor. The room was spacious and overall comfortable. But there were a few housekeeping items I would improve on: hairs in the bathroom/shower, dirty counters/desks and what looked like pet food on the floor. The bedding was clean and cozy.

  We staggered into the Hotel,after being released from emergency RM because a Violent tornado destroyed our home.My husband was rescued from being buried under our home.Perhaps you saw him on the news..We were broken and bloody.Eric D was working the front desk that night.I requested a RM,and he accommodated us immediately! You tell me what hotel can accommodate you on demand in that late hour of the night.He was compassionate, understand and most professional,as along with the staff that work along side him here.From Front desk workers,house keeping services, Cafeteria ( which the breakfasts are so yummy,to Jason too on the maintenance side of things here they all work together to give ANYONE who stays here all the possible comforts they can possibly can and GO ABOVE AND FAR BEYOND to care for our needs..Every...single...thing..was outstanding while they continue to care for us,and make our stay here as comfortable as possible while my husband under goes surgery for his injuries.We will FOREVER be greatful for these people who work in this hotel( who make you feel like family).We will never forget this hotels kindness toward us on that devasting night..Stay here! Stay here if you can if your in the area.You will not be disappointed in any way..Thank you again to all of you ❤️ hugs and God Bless each and every one of you.
