  My wife and I have been staying here since June 11th while we rebuild from a Tornado.From the day you walk through the doors of this Hotel,your welcomed warmly by the front desk Staff.Janet( manager)runs her team here with total professionalism.Be it,Amanda,Becca,Eric,Georgette,or Liz on front desk see to your specific accomodations with a smile.Always..As we enjoyed our stay here my wife and I have had our every need met by Housekeeping Staff wonderfully.Amanda,Morgan,Karly,Chrissy,Precious, Cheyenne & Natalia check on you to see if your other needs are met and your comfortable,all with a smile and conversation which is nice.Nice when you have a staff that shows humanity instead of just work,work,work all the time.They go out of their way to make you feel like family here.Hungry?Go to the Breakfast Dining Room.Alba and Theresa make sure your getting a wonderful breakfast in a very clean and comfortable space.The coffee? Delicious!Jason on maintenance side of the operation,make sure the A/C,Heating,Pool and Spa,plus grounds are operating as they should be all for the guests convenience and comfort.Plus he's a great conversationalist and offers a smile every day.If your staying in Peru area,please don't risk your accomodations and care to another hotel other than Holiday Inn & Suites.When we leave here in Nov,our hearts will ache leaving these people.Weve come to know all of them on a personal level,not just a business level.We WILL Come back and stay here again & again.Worth every dime.

  Was misled at check in on rewards program. Was told if I signed up I could earn reward points for extended 5 week business stay. Signed up for green program and passed on room cleanings to just 1 day a week. Was then screwed out of all rewards points for 5 week stay. Was told because I joined rewards at hotel on arrival day my stay didn’t count. Very shady business. Don’t stay here. They are more concerned with how they can screw you over.

  Waited for an hour in the lobby as the only guest waiting to check in. The front desk receptionist couldn’t unlock their account and sat on hold with their own internal help desk. All awhile a large group of intoxicated people were drinking, shouting and cursing in the lobby. It all felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Finally got into a room and it smelt of pee or something of the sort. On paper the hotel looked great, but currently not planning on ever staying here again.

  Amanda at the front desk offered exceptional service when we noticed an issue in our room. We traveled as an extended family group with several children. All rooms, the lobby, and pool area were very clean, and the hotel was child friendly.
