  Ice container was filled with trash, hair and stains on bed and pull out bed.

  Both times I went to the counter, I had to wait for someone to come. The key card for the room took about 20 tries before it finally let me in. The room smelled of cigarettes and the bed had stains and the bathroom tub had some mold in the caulking. My room was the last room before the plastic barrier that separated the construction area from the regular area.

  PLEASE NOTE: Hotel was under renovation when I stayed. Good value for the price. Close to shopping, dining options. Minutes from Peoria Civic Center and downtown. Staff was very helpful and friendly at check in. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast is offered and had a variety of cold and hot options. Room was spacious. Shower pressure was not good. Would stay again. Hoping renovation are finished by next visit.

  This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Our ceiling was collapsing above our shower, the tile on the vanity fell off and almost hit my son's foot, the trim on the wall next to the bed had peeled off and I nearly stepped on staples, the fridge was so noisy I had to unplug it, our bed sheets were stained, pillows lumpy, the fire alarm light above our door would randomly blink and wake us up, there were burn marks on the carpet, the breakfast was awful. Do not consider this place, run far away from it.

  Stayed near the end of February 2026. Key card did not work for the room, an employee had to get us into the room with a special machine. They told us they had to "upgrade" us to a different room, due to availability, so we were charged significantly more than expected. The "upgraded" room had threadbare carpet, loose flooring in the bathroom, the tub did not shut off completely, the sink barely drained, the toilet barely flushed, the bottom of the tub felt like it was ready to give way. The hallways were filthy with debris. Our request for a partial refund was met with resistance, has not happened yet. I would not return.
