  For 1, your first shift on weekends has a horrible attitude and was rude. Tried calling about an early check in, as it was the day of my wedding and I needed to get the room checked in before I started getting ready (I put in for an early check in as the accommodations on my reservation ahead of time) and before I could even finish she basically tells me, “we don’t do that” and “check in is at 3.” I totally understand being full the night before and not being able to accommodate an early check in but to be blatantly rude to guests is just absurd. I work front desk at a hotel and would never act like this. Also, ants all over the room AND the pull out had crumbs and just overall gross? And when asked about linens, they gave 1 pillow. Stated, “we don’t have any more pillows” but next morning when asked, they had plenty in the back. I will not recommend this hotel to family or friends again.

  Would not accept Amex despite making a reservation with it, would not give me a room on the first floor in an empty hotel, and would not provide a receipt for my own card that was charged.

  At check in I had to change my IHG rewards and was told by Nathan I couldn’t change it. However the next day at check out asking Hailey I was able to. Then in our room we had ants crawling all over the dresser and desk . Also we had a fold out couch bed and had no linen for it in the room with crumbs in the bed. When asking Nathan at the front desk for linens he gave us 1 pillow for a queen size bed! When I asked for more he was very offended questioning what room I was in after I just had to tell him to get the first pillow. He then brought me another sheet set and one more pillow. We then called and asked for more pillows since Nathan was not wanting to give any and we needed 1 more. He unfortunately is the one who answered the phone and said they were sold out and had no spare pillows due to being at max capacity. However there were several vacant rooms on the web. Nathan was very rude and we will not come back to this hotel. Hailey was the one who checked us out of our room and was very professional and apologetic.

  Older hotel and rough in that it needs some light maintenance in the form of painting by elevator see picture, clean the grout in bathroom, replace grout in shower. Close to Peoria airport. Rooms and open areas were clean.

  No coffee pot in room. Only in lobby. Great breakfast cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy. Plenty of places to sit in lobby if ya want to relax and not being in the room. A chair to sit in the room, a desk to work at. They have a pool no hot tub. Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion and Body Wash. Bed was a good sleep.
