  Tub in room had weird cheap repair. Hair from southern region and random piece of cardboard in tub. Carpet in stairs are dirty and seem to have blood stains. Overall feeling of owner cheating out. Stayed in another hotel next night much cleaner half price

  Jenny is super pleasant, and helpful with all the hotel amenities/services. Also, I appreciate that she did not make me feel like I was standing there waiting; Jenny engaged in conversation and made me feel welcome. The room was in top order: It was clean, refreshing, and ready for me in all aspects i.e. toiletries, cool air, and amenities set out and easy to use. A reliable place to stop for a night (or more). I’ve stayed several times and have yet to find anything to complain about. I’ll be back!

  Check in was super quick and easy. Jennifer made everything go very pleasant and smooth, and Tucker was always checking how we were enjoying our stay, and asking if we needed anything. Room was clean and spacious, we had a king suite on the third floor. The parking lot was surprisingly full every day, but there was little to no noise from anyone. The breakfast was tasty, and there were plenty of options for meals nearby. We were there for 7 nights, and it was a very enjoyable stay! Jennifer and Tucker both did fantastic, and get many many kudos!!!

  My son's beep baseball team had 12 rooms for a full week during the NBBA World Series in Aurora. We had a wonderful stay. Tucker made it easy for me to book and assign the rooms for our players and volunteers. He was able to get our rooms close to each other on two floors. He also made the meeting room available for us unless it was otherwise rented. Tucker frequently checked with me to make sure our stay was good. Destiny and Jenny were on the desk at different times during the week and were very helpful. Our rooms were cleaned in the middle of the week on a day that worked for our team. The employees who ran the breakfast area, Juan during the week, and Diane during the weekend, kept the food coming. There was plenty to choose from. One of our players noted that Diane took good care of him, getting his breakfast for him, when he got to the breakfast area before any of our sighted volunteers who usually help. Several of us enjoyed the pool during the week. I was happy to have the guest laundry available since I did multiple loads of uniforms during the week. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service, good location, amenities, and price point.

  Our team of Beep Baseball players staying a full week at this hotel while we played our World Series at the Stuart Sports Complex nearby. The entire staff here have been very excellent and helpful throughout our stay. It is sometimes difficult for some locations stay accommodate a bunch of blind sports athletes, but this hotel and their staff are above reproach. If ever we are back this way again we will definitely stay here again. Juan who was our breakfast attendant did an excellent job ensuring that the food was fresh and replenished when necessary.
