- VGVi Gr2 days ago5.0Staff is friendly rooms are very clean. Only problem was I did not have any conditioner in my room which the front desk lady was very nice about getting me some conditioner! Great service and I will definitely return to this location comfortable beds and cold AC 9/19/2026 10pm it does Suck They do not have complementary breakfast tho

The elevator has been experiencing issues for months and wasn’t sure if I was going to make it to the forth floor or not. It literally took me 3-5 minutes on the elevator to go from 1 to 4. Needless to say I did not ride the elevator again. I now have it marked on the map to “do not stay here”. Do better IHG. Diamond Member

They had a sign to notify people but it was just inconvenient and if you chose to use the elevator, it took a long time to get to the floor you were on. Dragging luggage upstairs isn’t my favorite. Surprised the front doors weren’t automatic. Again, getting luggage in, it wasn’t convenient.

Friendly staff I will say that. if I could post furniture, pictures, the chairs in my room were all taped up with white duct tape to cover up the rips
