  Nice location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. New location. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Parking is available for $7 a day in attached garage that is located in back of hotel. Would recommend for those visiting Chicago but dont want to pay excessive parking costs.

  The moment we walked into the Holiday Inn Oak, Roberto provided us with excellent customer service. He greeted us warmly, made us feel welcomed, and went above and beyond to make our arrival a great experience. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Because of Roberto, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our stay start on such a positive note!

  Christina was a breath of fresh air. Walked into the lobby after a 15 hour car ride panicking thinking that I forgot to book an additional room for our travel partners and she swiftly confirmed my reservation(s), 2 thank god, and gave me all the information I needed. Even at 11pm on a Saturday her smile was so welcoming. Thank you Christina!

  Roberto would be the only reason we would return. We had issues with air conditioning and the maintenance person but Robertos service more than made up for it. We got the sense this is a one man show as we noticed everything directed back to him. He assisted us with breakfast, checked us out, delivered towels to our room, and later found out that he works sales at the hotel when we inquired about booking for a wedding. I know burnout when I see it, it makes you feel like the shortcomings are due to lack of support which would be a shame. New hotel which is nice but this review is strictly for him.

  I had planned a trip with my family and we were looking for hotel options with conditions like shouldn’t be far from airport and downtown. Then we found this hotel which is very convenient for traveling from the airport or from downtown, vice versa. The staff, Chloe and Sandy are very humble and very helpful. We had to come early due to some cancellations and they were kind enough to not only be very supportive or it but went one step ahead to arrange a room for us for our convenience. When there is help like this, it makes travel so much easier. Thank you so much. I’ll be recommending my friends as well. Really love the room, location and everything.
