  I travel a fair amount for work, and usually stay at Holiday Inn. This location is great, Jen at the front desk is extremely helpful and welcoming. So why not 5 stars? Nation wide Holiday Inn is removing Kurigs from the rooms. They've upped their coffee game in the lobby, but first thing in the morning the last thing I wanna do is waddle down to the lobby to get a cup of go juice.

  Room was very clean...everything seems new. Location is good. Check in wasn’t super pleasant, and the guy behind the desk seemed less than interested in his job. Walls are PAPER THIN. We reserved a room on the top floor, so we didn't have to listen to people stomping around. Seems like everyone else did too. Two rooms down there was a stampede of screaming children and a female that kept screaming at them. It literally sounded like it was right outside our door. The room next door had their TV on, and it was so loud we could hear every word. If you are looking for a quiet place to get decent sleep on a road trip...this is likely not a good choice.

  Ants in the room. Queen beds, yeah right...those were full beds. Ancient elevator that was in serious need of repair.

  I want to like this hotel a lot. The rooms are fairly fresh and fairly clean, The staff is responsive, helpful and friendly. My big problem is if they are phasing out having coffee makers in the room. Yes you can ask for one at the front desk and if they have one available they will give it to you but when you're checking in late and just want to get to bed, looking for a coffee maker is the last thing you want to do. Then you wake up in the morning and realize you have to get dressed to go downstairs to get a cup of coffee. The outside grounds need a little bit of work which doesn't really take away from the hotel. With no coffee maker in the room I think I will be staying at the Fairfield Inn from now on, they have a coffee maker in every room at every location.

  The manager on duty, Jen was fantastic. Ended up with ants in our room, I called down and let Jen know. Jen immediately apologized and asked if I wanted to change rooms and I said yes, was told she needed to see what rooms were ready. 10 minutes later, a knock on my door and Jen was there with new room keys and a luggage cart so we can transport my family belongings. Loved the way she handled this situation!
