Jan at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

Clean hotel and a nice location with many restaurants nearby. However, the one elevator is quite — it would take anywhere from 15 to 20 seconds for the door to close once the floor number was selected. And you should avoid room 323 at least for a few weeks after October 2, 2026, because the window leaks when it rains. There is water damage above the window, so the leaks have been going on for a while. The window shades do not close all the way and the edges are shredded because they apparently were not installed properly even though this room was recently renovated. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is typical of the Holiday Inn Express. The coffee machines grind beans fresh for every cup but that means that it takes longer to get your coffee and you can no longer get just a half a cup. The 3 choices are regular coffee, decaf or hot water.

The elevators were sketchy, and were being redone(hopefully). This place was just okay.

We booked last minute due to another hotel not meeting our needs. Hotel was clean the staff was friendly and the breakfast in the morning was great! We will definitely stay here again!

Not bad but nothing special. Can't cast to tv, rooms updated a little but can still see some old things. They are working on updating elevator but currently seems little sketchy. Located with lots of food and places around. Walmart right across the street.
