- VHVictoria Harjung4 days ago5.0Everything was first class for our weekend get away with my granddaughters! From the first moment checking in until we left we were treated lovely! Our breakfast was delicious and served by two professionals, Sheri and Jeremy! Kudos to them both for their attention to details and anticipating our needs and gettingour day started with smiles! It's hard to find servers who know what service is about and these two nailed it!! We hope to be back SOON! On a silly note, my granddaughters thought the wallpaper in our room looked like Golden Waffles with blueberry syrup 🤪😊 The room was wonderful!
- SSShreenath Santhanakrishnan6 days ago3.0The hotel is in a very prominent and excellent location, especially because of its close proximity to the beautiful Naperville Riverwalk. The overall stay was good, and the rooms and facilities were satisfactory. However, considering the rate of around $300 per night, I felt it was not worth the price. There was no bathtub, and the amenities and complimentary items, including complimentary bottled water, were quite limited compared to other hotels that offer better rates along with more facilities and amenities. I was also disappointed with how rigid the hotel was regarding early check-in and late check-out. Even though many of my colleagues from my company were staying at the hotel, and I myself stayed for 7 days, they were not able to provide even a few extra hours for either early check-in or late check-out. Overall, it is a good hotel in a great location, but considering the high price, the amenities, value for money, and flexibility for long-stay or group guests could definitely be improved.

We used this hotel for a $30k wedding and they wouldn't give us a block for rooms. No free breakfast no free anything. I take that back, parking ramp was free. You're paying for the location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was stunning, comfortable, and very clean with a beautiful riverwalk view. The location was phenomenal, close to many restaurants, with convenient parking as well. The staff also allowed us to stay in the lobby a few hours after check-out as we had some work to complete before departing. We know exactly where we will be staying next time we find ourselves in Naperville!

We were warmly welcomed and the front desk really took good care of us. Parking was very easy. Their prices were more than fair for things and they had a great cafe downstairs too. There were plenty of things for our toddler to do outside and he made a lot of friends at the fountains. Good choice!
