  We booked a week ago and we checked in today and the guy at the front desk was super friendly and nice and when we got in our rooms they were clean and relaxing the entire place doesn’t have one mistake definitely coming back in the future

  The overall experience was good. We stayed two nights for a wedding that was just a mile west of the hotel. The location was excellent as there are many restaurants and plenty of shopping nearby. Located by the Naperville Riverwalk puts the hotel in a prime position to enjoy the best of the town. The hotel was clean and the room we stayed in was also clean. The mattress on the bed was getting along in age but was not uncomfortable. As this is an upscale hotel there is no "free" breakfast but was expected. The restaurant in the hotel did have a very good serving for breakfast and there are also plenty of other restaurants to have your morning coffee and food. Edward - the gentleman on the afternoon/evening shift was one of the better hotel staff members I have had - at any hotel. A big shout out for him. The other staff were also great. Retuning to Naperville I will definitely stay at this hotel.

  Perfect location near the river walk and all the shops and restaurants. I choose the room with a river view. Very nice. Also, Nate at the front desk was awesome. Welcomed my mom and auntie from out of town, explaining the area and the hotel. And helped them feel welcome in Naperville. Thank you. Highly recommend the hotel.

  Booked a one night stay with river walk view. Excellent experience. This hotel is clean, smells good and service is exceptional. Christina was amazing in ensuring my stay went smoothly. I used their gym and it was clean and they had towels, wipes and water as well. I enjoyed their roof top restaurant Santo Cielo (tapa style). Vibes were magnificent. Perfect location if you want to shop, dine and enjoy the beautiful river walk.

  My family and I had an amazing stay at Hotel Indigo Naperville Riverwalk by IHG! From the moment we arrived, Ashley made us feel incredibly welcome. She was attentive, helpful, and immediately recognized my Diamond Elite status. Knowing we were traveling with two kids and a baby, she graciously upgraded our room to give us more space, which made a huge difference during our stay. The property itself is beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Everything was spotless throughout our visit, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping our room clean and comfortable each day. We also enjoyed several meals at Plank's, and the food was consistently delicious. Sherry, Kia, and Tammy were all delightful, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience. One of the unique touches I appreciated was the hotel's amenity card, which provides discounts and special offers at local restaurants and businesses. It's a thoughtful perk that encourages guests to explore the Naperville community while enjoying added savings. Small details like this really enhance the overall guest experience and demonstrate the hotel's commitment to creating a memorable stay both on and off the property. It's clear that this team takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable. We normally stay in downtown Chicago, but I will add this to the list of our favorite Chicagoland area hotels. We can't wait to return!
