    I travel for work a lot. I have to use a company app to book. EVERY other IHG hotel will take time to enter my rewards number. The maintenance man working desk on July 19 wouldn’t. When checking out the man working desk was too lazy to print a receipt said it would come from place I booked. It has never come from them in the 5 years I have been traveling for this job. Only reason I ranked a1 is because 0 was not an option. I will never visit this location again. They should not be called an IHG hotel.

    The location is very convenient, but overall we're very disappointed with our stay. The front desk clerk didn't bother greeting me and glared at my husband when he was bringing in bags. Our room stank of strong men's cologne, and the smoke detector was literally taped up for some reason. There's a Keurig in the room, but they only offer one cup of decaf as a selection. The air conditioning unit won't let you set it below 70° but never actually gets down to 70° anyway. The bed was alright, and things seemed relatively clean, and the room was quiet. I noticed the snack shop next to the front desk had just about nothing on offer, as in a handful of bottles of soda and a single type of ice cream treat, nothing else even available. Honestly disappointed.

    Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and yummy breakfast. We stay here often when traveling to see family. I particularly want to give a shout out to the staff members who work the morning breakfast as they are always so friendly and helpful! They stay on top of keeping everything clean and always offer to take your plate or help if you need something. A++!

    Good for what it is. Cons: could hear people upstairs stomping around, shower pressure very poor, the towel and room smelled funny (not necessarily in a bag way). Pros: Bed and Pillows were comfy, woker with piercings and the guy working at breakfast (the Black guy) were both super nice and helpful. Appreciate the cold water in the lobby. Overall clean.
