  Our room was very clean with a soft and comfortable bed. We slept great! The common areas were clean as well. The front desk attendants were friendly. The breakfast attendant, Shobha, was fabulous! She was sweet and helpful, and kept the food items filled quickly and the breakfast area neat and clean. The only negatives about our stay were the very small bathroom and the lingering smell of old cigarette smoke which was especially noticeable after the shower was used. (Not a big deal to most people unless you are sensitive due to allergies/asthma.) However, we would definitely stay at this hotel again and it has been put on my list of hotels to stay at when we are traveling.

  Shobha, from the dining & housekeeping is the best. She’s the friendliest, most hardworking employee we’ve ever met at all Best Western locations. She was like a mom-even helping my kids make their waffles & put cream cheese on their bread. She made sure guests had everything they need while having breakfast

  Very nice stay. The hotel is very clean and has been updated throughout. The staff was friendly. The bed and linens were comfortable. The breakfast had many selections- Shobha checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I appreciated that there was a water dispenser next to the ice machine. I would definitely stay here again.

  Our stay at BW’s Morton Inn was superb. Very clean in both the public and private spaces, designer coffee machine in the lobby, such a comfortable bed!, quiet (1st floor room near the lobby), and a lovely full breakfast hosted by Shobha. She cheerfully helped us with the food machines, served us when necessary, and kept the area very tidy and immaculate. She made our stay perfect. Thank for such a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

  We stayed on August 13, 2026 for 1 night. Everything was wonderful! We were welcomed with a very nice aroma in the hotel, friendly staff, CLEAN facility from the lobby to our room and pool area. The flooring, walls, and everything are in excellent condition. We loved the scent of the air freshener so much we asked about it. Unfortunately, it was something provided and maintained by an outside vendor. Our room was very spacious(we had the king suite), very clean. The staff provided excellent customer service, right down to the morning person making me a cup of hot tea! Highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed! We will stay here again.
