- RNRomeo Nunez5 days ago5.0It was great, the pillows aren’t flat and it’s comfortable to sleep and wasn’t dirty AT ALL! And the breakfast is really not bad at all for complimentary food. Finally the pool was great but it was only 4 and a half feet deep but great for the family

- SCSalty CyanideJul 14, 20265.0It’s a bit odd to get into, but the rooms are always super clean, the front staff super friendly, they accommodated our service dog and were 100% professional about and not a stress, the cleaning ladies do not knock on the door every morning at a certain time letting us sleep in which we absolutely ADORE! The hot tub is permanently closed was a bummer but it doesn’t take away from how nice our stay has been so far.

It didn’t matter how small or large they need was Jill did her best to meet every need with exceptional grace and always with a smile. On Saturday, our group had to leave early for our event. Rhonda came in to work two hours early to make sure breakfast was ready for our group before we left. The entire staff at this hotel has been exceptional! I think this is the cleanest and nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in! The bed was comfortable and everything was crisp and clean upon arrival! 10/10 I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone traveling through the Morris Illinois area!
