  The room was average- not terrible for the price. It was clean- the bed was ok- a little springy. The mirror in the bathroom had foggy looking smudges all over- it wasn’t dirty- but definitely needed to be tossed. The room in whole needed an update- patches on the walls and even the tub- gave the room a dingy appearance. My main complaint is with the breakfast- holy cow- where to begin!! The bread felt like toast before I put it in the toaster- this was way older than a day or two past date. The eggs and sausage did not taste like eggs and sausage- these had to have been powdered- I’ve never tasted anything quite like this. The one banana present was so brown, it belonged in banana bread- and the apples were so rubbery, I could have played basketball with them. The waffle maker was super cute- it was mini waffle shaped- but the batter was so watery, the waffles came out about a centimeter thick due to the batter running out the sides. There were some oatmeal packets- outside of that, this was their breakfast. I’m not a picky eater- I’m one that actually likes hospital food and airline food- but this breakfast was seriously bad. Maybe they didn’t go the extra mile because there weren’t many guests- or maybe there aren’t many guests because of the food. Anyway, we normally have good experiences with Best Western- definitely NOT at this location!!

  Hotel was an overall good experience. Definitely an older location, however the rooms were very clean, and everything worked well. Breakfast was pretty good with some good hot food options. For a budget hotel, I was very pleased.

  Absolutely do not stay at this hotel. It is in desperate need of a renovation. When I walked in, I was shocked at how dumpy it was. The desk clerk had me sign my intake forms on his cell phone. I was very concerned that my credit card information and personal information are on his cell phone. There is zero water on the premises. I was unable to go buy a bottled water out of the vending machine. The desk clerk said they are out of water. I had to get redressed and go drive to a convenience store. When I went up to go talk to the desk clerk, there was a sign saying there was no one there. The breakfast is disgusting, it was basically cereal and one hot plate. The area around it was not sanitary. We did not eat the breakfast and we left without being able to check out because there was no desk clerk available
