  They had checked someone else into my reservation and had no idea who it was! Even the next day, the manager could not tell me how it had happened or who had used my reservation.

  It was a great hotel and experience. Love the location lots of places around, we were able to walk. The only bad part is there was a big spot in the shower with broken tile. Overall great experience and would stay here again.

  This is not your average holiday inn rooms are outdated my room was not clean properly The hostess at the front desk, the young Spanish girl does not communicate well with customers she gives off very weird vibes or have some type of self problem whatever her situation is, she does not make you feel comfortable The shower curtain has the outline Where the bathtub was flooded, you could tell by the color 😑 Blonde hair on the toilet floor, broken tiles they say no pets are allowed, but the bedding does smell like some type of dog 🐕 Stains on the carpet Wallpaper honestly looks like they just put it on because it is not align and looks very bad I hate to be a nag, but it’s the little things that give you that five star feeling and nothing here does if the staff was more friendly, that would help ease your mind for the Stay I’m giving this for review two stars because if I give it one star, they will be able to delete it so my two star review is real and will always be here unless the general manager wants to change my mind which I don’t think will happen because I do not want to stay here any further honestly, even if I got a free night, stay wouldn’t change my mind. I’m just being honest on how I feel

  The elevator didn’t work for the first day and a half there. We stayed 4 days. The Internet was down for a days The cleaning staff replaced our towels and left our door open all day. We came back at 7pm to find our door open. We had all our computers and iPads inside. When we complained they said sorry. Also they did not put out of order signs on the elevator door on floors 2-4. Don’t STAY HERE many other options close by

  Worst experience of my life. We made a reservation, checked into the hotel, and left for a bit. When we tried to return, they had given the room away and offered no other solutions. There was no manager on site to speak to. Despite the situation being the hotel’s fault, the staff made no attempt to even apologize and so we all had to sleep in the car on the side of the road. We had two minors with us, and they were scared. The hotel didn’t care at all.
