  This is basically a Super 8 with the Holiday Inn Express sign up. Has to be one of the oldest buildings in the franchise and we’ve stayed at many as Hilton Honors members. We’ve even stayed in one in England.

Basically the hotel is OLD. The room furniture is laughable, and worn and scratched. There are no USB outlets of any kind and the desk lights are much like you’d see in grandma’s house.

Our room was damp and smelled of a cleaner. We had just traveled 700 miles and just needed to go to bed. Ugh. The chairs in the breakfast area have worn vinyl and every chair was the same. Management is just saying “screw them, I’m not upgrading.” The people who said this was wonderful must not travel. $150 for this is robbery.

  I have to say that the beds are very comfortable! The breakfast was awesome.my only issue was the coffee maker, maybe I just couldn't figure it out. The pool and hot tub are out of order, wasn't going to use, but that could be an issue for some. But overall a very good experience.

  The condition of this property was dramatically different from what I expected from a Holiday Inn Express. The hotel is poorly maintained, with old furniture (some with damage), stained carpets, broken bathroom tile, and a missing ice machine. The pool was also listed as “under repair,” but looking back at older reviews, it appears to have been unavailable for a long time. The property looks significantly better in its online photos than it does in person. I chose this hotel because I've stayed at other Holiday Inn Express properties and have generally had good, consistent experiences. At $115/night, I was not happy with the condition of this property and would not stay here again. I have contacted IHG to ask them to investigate the property's condition and compliance with brand standards. I do want to note that the person working at breakfast was very kind and pleasant. My concerns are about the condition and maintenance of the property, not the friendliness of the staff.

  Hotel is dirty and unmaintained. Pool and hot tub are closed sign says until further notice. Not mention of this when booking. Carpets are all stained. Room smells of musty and like smoke.

  Not up to typical Holiday Inn experiences that I've had. Room is in serious need of updating. Guessing 10 year old plus carpeting and furnishings. Room was damp feeling with a not so fresh smell. Pool and hot tub were down for maintenance, which happens. Plenty of food offerings so it's a decent location off the freeway. One light on the desk and one on a nightstand. Ceiling light not working. Not horrible, but really lacking. I usually stay at Holiday Inn because it's generally very clean and updated. Not the case here
