- PPPeg Pape-Kohls5 days ago1.0Bed was sagging in middle & was lumpy, wallpaper falling off, drapery coming off, shower head was being held up with a rubber band, chair was so filthy we had to cover it with a towel. The 1st room didn’t even have a chair. Would have left if we weren’t on a bus trip. Bad experience.

- JYJames YoungJun 20, 20263.0Our room had a strong smell of mildew. We left the window open all night to air it out. The wallpaper by the window was peeling back from moisture saturation. None of the machines in the fitness center worked. The beds were clean and but not completely comfortable for us. The floor was dusty and the shower curtain had mold in the corners. The staff was friendly.
- JMJeffrey McCuneJun 13, 20261.0I would have gave this hotel a negative number but there was no way to do so. Ants crawling all over sink, room reeked of cigarette smoke, dirty towels hanging on the bathroom door. Nasty and disgusting, will not stay in a best western again.
