    Good breakfast. Wish they had smart tv so I could sign into my apps to watch Disney or Netflix etc. also hard to get body wash and shampoo since it is locked on the wall when you are in tub. You have to stand up to get either and then get back in tub. Would be nice to get complimentary water for water bottles, or upon arrival. I got them before at another Holiday Inn but not this location. Room was nice. Don’t have housekeeping hang the washcloths on top of hand towels. When you first get into room and you use bathroom and wash your hands the washcloths dropped on floor. Location nice and quiet. Would have been nice to have whirlpool in the pool area.would stay again.

    Lisa at the front desk was absolutely amazing and soooo sweet! She made she we had everything we needed and that we got settled in comfortably! Beautiful hotel, amazing location and great food options in the area

    Lovely hotel. Clean, staff very friendly, bed comfortable. Perfect room and experience. Location is close to expressways, food, shopping. Easy to find hotel, easy to find parking. We felt safe. Clean clean clean. Smells new. Close to family and friends. Will be staying there again when in area. Perfect. We had a wonderful experience staying here.

    We stay at the Holiday inn Express in Lockport, IL often. The hotel is spotless, the breakfast is above board with extra touches provided by Rose, and you couldn’t ask for better care from the front desk staff, especially Patty, who always treats us like family. A special mention also goes to Louisa and to Herb, for their hospitality in making sure all our needs are met. We highly recommend staying at Holiday Inn Express Lockport. Doug & Sue Ray

    Clean and quiet hotel. The rooms are clean and well stocked. There are many available options at breakfast and the hotel coffee freshly grinds and brews each cup. There are also many quick service restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. The fitness center has a great selection of equipment and all the equipment is in great shape and clean. The hotel staff have all been friendly and welcoming.
