    Can’t believe how friendly and wonderful this gentleman is I can’t Derrick. Derek is his name and he’s amazing. You should give him a raise if not, make him the manager if he is already, let him own this place.

    Clean and reliable, but nearly $750 for two nights is absurd! We moved to this property at the last minute to get out of a disastrous, dirty hotel nearby. It was a huge relief to find that the rooms here are completely spotless and feel much newer. Luisa at the front desk was wonderfully welcoming and made our sudden transition much easier. However, the pricing was absolutely exorbitant for a Holiday Inn Express. They charged me $398 for the first night and $260 for the second night, bringing the total to a staggering $749.53 with taxes for just two nights. Rates were severely inflated simply because there was a race in town, which felt like blatant price gouging for a limited-service brand. The location is a mixed bag—it’s the only hotel right in this specific area and parking is incredibly easy, but while it’s near shopping, there aren't any actually good restaurant choices nearby. Breakfast was standard HIE fare—exactly what you’d expect, but certainly not a $375-a-night breakfast. Ultimately, it was a very clean and safe harbor when we desperately needed one, but taking advantage of a local event with that kind of markup leaves a bad taste

    Lisa, was super helpful and friendly. She informed me of hotel amenities and member perks that I was not aware of. Hotel is clean and conveniently located next to I-355 and close to I-80 & I-55.

    Visited with a large group. Courtney was so welcoming and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfy and had everything we needed!

    Absolutely an Amazing Hotel. From Swimming pool to work out room. Very clean and sanitized. Nice fresh hot or cold breakfasts. Rooms are very clean and in order. From the moment you walk in you feel Welcomed. After,you register your room. Visit Lockport and Downtown Joliet. Beautiful Victorian homes. Good old fashion quaint Ma and PA restaurants and business. Definitely a 10 **********
