  If you are going to a Navy Recruit Graduation this is the perfect place to stay. Great location, only 10 minutes from base. They provide a shuttle to and from graduation but we didn’t even need it because they also provided a secret way to get to graduation while bypassing all the traffic. It worked like a charm and we spent 15 minutes getting to graduation by car instead of being stuck in traffic for hours. Ask them for their recommended map at the front desk. Great service and a decent free breakfast as well. Highly Recommend

  I would not recommend staying at this hotel based on my experience. The biggest issue was the condition of the laundry room. There were hairs all over the washer and dryer, the room smelled unpleasant, and the floor looked like it had not been mopped in days. I first asked the cleaning staff to address it, and nothing was done. I then informed the front desk and specifically requested the laundry room be cleaned — again, no one took care of it. To make matters worse, the coin machine was completely out of quarters and the front desk had none available either. Considering it was a Sunday, which is a very common laundry day for long-term stay guests preparing for the week ahead, this created a major inconvenience. Additionally, I had to run the dryer two cycles because it was not drying my clothes. After two full dry cycles, the clothes were still wet-I had to resort to leaving them hanging in my room. The drying machine does not work properly and needs maintenance or replacement. On top of that, my room key has had to be reprogrammed three separate times during my stay. I also noticed the front desk staff frequently on their phones and appearing disengaged rather than actively assisting guests or addressing issues brought to their attention. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, responsiveness, and basic guest support was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, this has not been an acceptable hotel experience. Choose another location, especially for longer stays.

  Came here for Navy Bootcamp Graduation. The hotel and staff are wonderful in every respect. Fahad gave us some great traffic tips for the graduation. Definitely he saved us hours. Clean & professional. Reccomend 100% for anything, but especially for graduation. Close to the ceremony. Thank you!

  We were there for the Navy graduation. Room was good, front desk at check-in was helpful the lady doing the breakfast-setup was grumpy, try to tell her about something and she put off this “I don’t want to be bothered vibe”. Mainly wanted to share an incident. My daughter went to the desk and asked them the best way to get to the base because of parents comments on Facebook. He’s reply was telling, he said “you can’t believe everything you see, Iran didn’t have nuclear weapons”. What? It was like he was just waiting for the opportunity to try and make HIS point. My daughter didn’t take the bait, she simply said I wasn’t talking about the news I was talking about family members experiences and suggestions. Later she asked him where he was from and he said Pakistan.
