    Visited the chicago area in early August as im a Rollercoaster Fan (enthusiast)and had to visit Six Flags Great America..Well this was the perfect location to stay..As I arrived in was greeted by some furry friends outside..(rabbits)🐇🐇🐇 Such beautiful animals..Then Chad checked me in and let me tell you he is so friendly always smiling and very talkative..He made me feel like I was a family member staying here..Everyone was friendly from check in to the Housekeeping..Big kudos to them as well..Nice,clean,very friendly and good location to restaurants..I enjoyed my stay here I really did..Also a special hello to Sayeed..(I think that his name)He helped me and gave me accurate details on my visit for downtown chicago.(tips on parking)I will never forget how great a stay i had here..If I ever visit from texas again I'm staying here..

    The day manager was AMAZING. We accidentally booked a holiday express 30 min away thinking we were booking with libertyville. He helped us get rooms with them instead so we could be by the base. He also is very knowledgeable about naval graduation and helped us get there and around a lot of the traffic. Anytime he saw one of us he always checked in to ask if we were ok or needed anything. I have already recommended this hotel to friends that will be coming up in November for their sons graduation from basic training!

    We had a very nice stay in our 2 Queen room! Refrigerator and microwave, great wifi, super comfy bed and pillows. And the service was exceptionally good-- Fahad and everyone else at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. We also thought it was a great breakfast (super good bacon!) and everything was clean and well-maintained. This stay gave our power outage a bright side. Thank you!

    The breakfast left a lot to be desired. They ran out of food at 830 and were very slow to replenish any of it. They also advertise bacon but don't actually offer it. They had turkey sausage instead. It was really not good. The staff was very nice and the check in was fast and smooth. I would stay here again but have very low expectations of having a good breakfast. That is why service only got 3 stars.
