  We stayed two weeks, the service was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Specially Dev who went above and beyond. We will stay again

  I have stayed at this location more than 100 nights. Stayed Wednesday and Thursday, checked out with RAJ and made a reservation for Saturday when checking out. When I checked in they said they had no rooms, RAJ made error, tried to change my rate from $118 to $350 then said I had to go to a property 30 minutes away. This place has probably changed hands 4x in my visits and has horrible customer service, fitness room water empty 3 days in a row. Definitely going to stay elsewhere in future

  Google says this is a pet-friendly hotel, but apparently it isn’t! Very confusing… so we were shocked when we stayed here with dogs and they called us at 9 pm and mentioned that they don’t allow pets.

  We stayed at the hotel as part of a large wedding group. Dev was very helpful with the booking of rooms and all the staff was very friendly. The rooms are very clean and the beds were very comfortable, including the pillows. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

  Absolutely horrible experience! I just stayed there July 19th. 2026. First of all, the customer service is horrendous. I have called, emailed, and went in person to speak to the manager many many times and never once have received a response. I have been promised a free night stay from the staff for my issues but pending manager approval But of course the manager never responds. I had chunks of an unknown substance in my bathtub, and people running up and down the hallway all night long. I called on this several times in the night and I was told there was a family reunion and that they would tell them to be quiet. But it never happened. I spent a ridiculous amount of money to have a peaceful night's sleep when I could have stayed at my aunt's house for free, only to have horrible aleep and a dirty bathtub. Upon telling the staff at checkout they said they would give me a free night stay by adding points to my account but when I got home I realized they only added 500 points and you need more than $15,000. I called back and they said they were. sorry, they realized they could only add $500 and that the manager would give me a free night stay for the trouble but of course he never responded. they said they would give me a credit off of my room but they never did. I will never stay somewhere where you can't even have a conversation or a response from the management. Stay Away ,, for this amount of money you deserve better!
