  The room was clean, but could use some attention. Bed was not very comfortable to my preferences. Check-in was easy. Attached restaurant was convenient. Keep in mind you have to let them know if you'd like to add the breakfast to your stay (I believe it was $10 per day if you added it at check-in or $14 if you paid for it at breakfast). Breakfast was pretty standard. The lunch/dinner options at the restaurant were fine. Nice outdoor patio area to relax.

  Location was great, but multiple problems with this hotel. The female worker at the desk in the evening was unhelpful every time we needed something. We told her the fridge wasn't working, she said she would put in a work order. The next day, we were told by someone else that no work order was put in. We went to the pool and asked for more towels, she said "I don't have anymore towels to give out". And was unhelpful. There was water damage on the ceiling in our room. Service was horrible.

  Pros: beds were comfortable, room was good, pool area was great, location good. Cons: AC stopped working when we were asleep, not enough close parking/entrance doors. We paid for breakfast and it wasn’t ready until later. The employee on duty said cooks didn’t show up. It was very limited due to this.

  I had booked a room on hotels.com. I had check in the night after booking. I had noticed that the receptionist has charged me again for a room that I had already paid for. I had called the hotel and they said the payment will drop because it was a hold payment. I had looked at my bank account and the payment went through... So unfortunately I had to call my bank and filed. for fraud. I have all of my receipts from hotels.com stating I had already paid and the sad thing is I even showed the receptionist and she still went ahead and charged me anyways.. So beware of this place. The receptionist will take extra money from you.

  Unfortunately it seems the hotel is bumping reservations made many months ago because of the smaller rate they paid. I was called and told I’d be moved to a hotel 35 mins away due to a maintenance issue. I called anonymously and was told there is NOT any issues and the hotel is simply booked for the weekend! The manager was extremely confrontational on the phone. Very embarrassing and as an Elite member I will be reaching out to corporate. There are other reviews saying the same thing. Very embarrassing.
