- JMJennifer MurrayJun 25, 20261.0We checked in late (around 9pm) and had to wait for an attendant for several minutes to return to the front desk. The room smelled good and appeared clean. Within 15 minutes, we realized it was infested with ants. Originally we thought just in the bathroom but soon discovered they were every where! We found them on the headboard, on the counter in the kitchen, crawling on the coffee cups, on our phones that were charging on the kitchen counter, all over the floors, in 3 different corners. I don't want to know what I couldn't see on the carpet. We would have requested a room change except we already knew we were in the last available room at that hotel. We were there for 10 hours and we found ants in our car a few hours after leaving.

People were pleasant as they greeted us however, we needed a luggage cart and were told that it was our responsibility to search the hotel floors at 5 AM to find any used by previous customers. When asked a staff to locate one for us, she told us, “it is not my responsibility to do that.“ However, she complied and went to the neighboring connected hotel to bring me one.Our room was not vacuumed. We found debris left by the previous users. Water in the sink barely went down. Toilet paper dispenser is falling off the wall. The lighting was poor in the room. Very dark. One of the wall lights had a dead lightbulb.Hotel claims to be top-notch, but hallways are not even vacuumed.
