  I can’t say enough good things about this property! Nick, proprietor, totally worked with us in our uncertainty as to how long we would be there, as we were there to be with family member who was passing. He was so compassionate but I observed how he continually checked on guests over breakfast times there, his politeness at the front desk, and great relationships with his employees. This is a guy you WANT to give you business too! No, I’m not related! 🙂 The rooms had everything we needed for an extended stay. Housekeeping did an exceptional job. I even witnessed one, when the room door was open, on her hands and knees scrubbing around a tub. Wow! Breakfast set up was small but had all the essentials and even great coffee! Even had hot breakfast options daily! We had no time for the pool but it looked good. In our situation, it was great to have a washer and dryer available to us to use! Price was great! People were even better! Thank you Nick for making a challenging time a whole lot easier! You are a gem!

  Hotel needs major cleaning and updating. The rooms smell old and the baseboards were dusty. The pool area is horrible. It definitely needs to be cleaned and kept up better. The lobby furniture is old and worked as well. Your staff is ok. I definitely felt jysged talking to the front desk person though. For the price, definitely g could have been better

  Front desk when checking in was rude but the room was nice clean but do need an update . I loved the hot tub in my room. And the breakfast was good . They didn’t have just basic cereal and juice . They had sausage bacon eggs pancakes and oatmeal.

  The hotel is unsafe. Un-maintained and they will blame you if something happens in your room while your gone. I reported someone entering my room during the day while I was gone after I checked my door 2x before I left that it was closed. They say I left it open. Reported to front desk, manager (whom never followed up) and corporate who didnt seem to care either and believed them it was my fault. They have no cameras in the hallways ? I called the police. My things were torn through and it was OBVIOUS someone was in my room I also called the police and made a report. The hotel didn't care The shower was cold The sink leaked all over the bathroom floor This is the worst. And not much less than the Hamtpon down the street which is WAY more worth it. Their breakfast was horrible and the cleanliness was sub par. Do better Best Western I will NEVER do that to myself again. All I wanted was safety warm shower and safe place. Got none of the 3 Not asked if I wanted a new room, a refund for 1 night NOTHING. Do not recommend unless you want your safety at risk Not worth it to save literally a few dollars.
